TPP Mission and Vision
Increase UC visibility at area high schools andcommunity colleges that have traditionally lowUC-transfer rates.
Assist students to locate resources at their
community college and the four-yearuniversity to help ease the transition from theCC to the four-year university.
Provide comprehensive advising so students
The Transfer Partnerships Program identifies andsupports prospective transfer students from Californiacommunity colleges and assists them in enrolling at
the University of California.

I am super excited to know that I am going to be attending UCSanta Cruz and to know that I do not have to be worried about
money as much. I could believe it when I won the scholarship. Thank you for all the help that you provided while I was at Hartnell.
You were a great advisor and I know that you clarified a lot ofquestions that I had. I hope to see you soon!
