During this phase, IMI gathers all the information from the client necessary to develop the marketing strategy.

Analysis of communications objectives, assessment of media with respect to the target market, compilation of one or more media scenarios for the target countries, analysis of advertising markets, comparison with the client’s reference target, assessment of the media plan in terms of investment and in relation to the plans of competitors in the respective nations.Presentation of the definitive media plan to the client or agency.

Through its privileged relationships with the most important media publishing companies all over the world, IMI’s objective is not limited to just optimizing costs, but also includes obtaining the best possible positioning for the campaign, and attaining appropriate editorial support, reflecting the communications objectives and the media channels included in the plan.

IMI offers a complete service that includes the despatch of advertising materials to publishers, checking that standards of quality and positioning correspond to the agreements made at the moment of booking, and requesting the voucher materials (printed copies, screenshots, photographic documentation etc.)

IMI also offers a centralized invoicing service, so that the client has to deal with just one currency.

After an initial planning phase, a meeting with the Client / Agency can be scheduled to examine results and, if necessary, to recalibrate the media communications plan in order to attain the desired results.
