are a lot of spa to choose from. Conductingour study, one of the places that offer Sparelaxation is Tanauan City, Batangas.

Global Spa Economy Report, done by the StanfordResearch Institute and released at the Global Spa Summit inNew York in the US at the end of May 2008. The global spa

industry is estimated to be worth over $250 billion. Also, globaltourism, hospitality, and real estate enabled by the spaindustry.

In the Philippines, as of end-2006, there were an

estimated 87 spas operating in Metro Manila alone. Thegrowth in the Philippines is not just limited to Metro Manila.Cebu City already has 160 spa centres, more than in MetroManila.

In sustaining customer satisfactionAvenue Wellness Centre gives the best spa service to their

valued customers at a reasonable price oriented byhospitable employees.

In terms of energy management, Nuat Thai saves most of theirenergy expenditure.

In terms of water availability and conservation, AvenueWellness Spa handles their water system accordingly.

In terms of waste management, Nuat Thai practice thesustainable use of their wastes.

In terms of development control all exercise a goodsustainable business strategy

In terms of controlling use intensity, the three Spa Centresmanage to implement an effective sustainability practices.

- The three Spa exercise a high-quality service withcustomer-oriented employee and functionalfacilities. Thus making them on top list.

- They offer and use an eco-friendly products and

about sustainability practice to be able to exceedtheir existing sustainability strategies.

- They must comply and adapt to new technologicaladvances to build competitive advantage.
