EQUIPMENT

Headstock „R“ - High-speed design with larger sleeve design above the table. The shorter spindle extension makes the design of the spindle in the same position as is the case with the headstock N possible. - Suitable for precise performance machining with high cutting speeds. The solution of the main bearing ensures a constant high accuracy of the spindle even at higher speed and full dimension. The full power at the spindle is achieved at a higher speed than the headstock N.

Design of the main groups and knots of the machine

The headstock contains spindle bearings, spindle drive ratios and spindle design mechanisms. The spindle drive is solved as 2 mechanical rows automatically arranged hydraulic adjuster.

The tool clamping is done mechanically by a system of disc springs, for the loosening of the tool provides the hydraulic cylinder in the headstock storage.

The cleaning of the tapered hollow space of the spindle takes place with pressure air flow through the spindle center at the time of the tool change.

Oil cooling in the headstock is ensured by a powerful unit, as well as by the thermal stability of the machine.

The guides of moving groups are equipped with sliding surfaces. The guides of the stand slide, which carry the heaviest group of the machine, are a combination of the sliding and rolling guide.

The basic guide surfaces are covered in hardened steel strips, the counter surfaces are provided with a layer of special sliding material with excellent sliding properties.

The operating surface improves the ease of use of the size 130 drilling machines. The surface also carries the operating panel of the control system and is vertically adjustable independently of the movement of the headstock. The advantage of this solution of the surface in the table boring mills is that the anchoring in the foundation of the machine is unnecessary and that the anchoring can take place in the normal floor levels. In the case of the boring machines, the surface is installed on the stand carriage and is also adjustable independently of the movement of the headstock.

The feed drives are equipped with self-contained WS actuators Siemens on each axis. Because of the higher torque is located between the motor and the ball screw a timing belt transmission.
