General ceilings construction method
Indoors: reinforced concrete. Interior coating with waterproof plasterboards, insulated with rockwool for enhanced thermal and acoustic performance;
Outdoors: reinforced concrete, coated with waterproof cement boards;
Solid national pine wood decorative beams, where specified (if desired by the future owner);

Air climatization, ventilation and water heating:
Climatization and Hot Water System:
Integrates multiple functions in one system, similar to those used in hotels and large commercial areas:
- heating (with both underfloor heating and fan coil unit (FCU) in each room)
- cooling (FCU)
- hot sanitary water heating (for bathrooms and kitchen)
- thermal solar panels
System based on heated / cooled water – rather than a gas, as found in traditional ar conditioning – for more comfortable humidity levels and less thermal shock, increased comfort and productivity;
Production part comprised of 2 MITSUBISHI water heat pumps, working together with 6 thermal solar panels, and 2 large capacity thermal inertia deposits for heat/cold storage.

Heat pumps are rated COP 4: for each kW of electricity spent, it produces 4 kW of thermal energy. This is made possible because the system is able to draw thermal energy from the natural air, rather than just produce it from electricity. Thus, this system is recognized as a renewable climatization method.
Includes pre-installation for 2 additional water heat pumps and additional solar panels, for climatizing the basement area and the swimming pool*.(Installation upon client’s request)
DAIKIN Fan coil units (in each room) with high efficiency BLDC motor, for extremely low noise (16dB) and power consumption levels, and enhanced life span;
Besides the fan coil units (heating and cooling), each room also includes underfloor heating (the user may easily choose between the 2 systems, using the domotics panel in each room);
Maintenance is simple and readily available in any air conditioning supplier.
*The swimming pool will be equipped with a thermal automated cover, recessed in the bottom of the pool, which will add an extra 4 to 6ºC to the water temperature, avoiding the need for an alternative form of water heating;
Ventilation:
Air admission throughout the house, with heat recovery for enhanced energy saving;
Bathrooms: toilets with extra silent built-in ventilation extraction;

Traditional black fire brick masonry fireplace, for a nostalgic feel;

Infinity pool, coated with blue glass tiles and bordered with 10cm thick LAGOS GOLD lime stone anti-slip stones;
Automatic water sanitation with 1,5 HP recirculation pump, salt/chlorine producer, high diameter sand filter and pH controller;
Automatic water admission from the borehole, treated by water softener;
Pool cover: automatic, see-through, walkable floating cover (which coils and hides invisably in the pool bottom), which provides both protection and an increase in water temperature 4 to 6ºC in average.
