Terms and CondiTionsTony Caters intends to act in good faith to fulfill its obligation with our clients, and to produce events which pleases client and guests.

In entering into an agreement with Tony Caters, it is expected that client will act in the same good faith to collaborate on a successful and mutually beneficial event.

Levels of Client ServiceProduction Charge: Includes delivery, set-up of food display, use of ceramic serving trays and chafing dishes as needed, and return for pick-up of service items after your event. Does not include gratuity. Additional staffing charges may apply.

Drop-off Service: All on disposable serving-ware, no return for pick-up required. Delivery starts at $10, increasing by distance traveled.

Staffing: Our professional, trained staff help make events a true success. Event Leadership is charged at $70/hour and will always be the first assigned. Front- and back-of-house attendants are charged at the rate of $40/hour. Our sales staff will help determine the levels of service and total hours needed based on the scope of your event.

Party RentalsTony Caters is happy to arrange party rentals through one of our preferred providers. Small orders can be delivered along with your menu by our team, however larger orders are generally delivered directly by the party rental vendor, which requires advanced coordination by our sales staff.Tony Caters reserves the right to pass through to client any breakage or replacement costs for party rentals that it deems excessive, upon return of said items to our rental equipment provider.

Retainer and PaymentA retainer of 50% of the total is due upon contract signing. An additional 25% is due five days prior to the event date. Full balance payment is expected on the day of the event, prior to the start of the event. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, ACH and major credit card.

Guest Count and Menu SelectionsMinimum guest count and menu selections are expected 10 days prior to your event. The count can increase (with confirmation from our sales team), but cannot decrease after that time.

Cancellation• Upon date of signature = loss of 50% of retainer• Within 30 days of event date = loss of full retainer• Within 14 days of event date = payment expected in full

Minimums$800 on weekdays and $1,200 on weekends (starts 3pm Friday). Staffing and rentals do not count towards minimum.Alternative minimums may apply on holidays and in the month of December.

TastingsWe’re happy to arrange a client tasting, whether before or after we’re in contract for service. Tastings start at $100 for up to two attendees. Additional attendees will be charged at $50 each. Tasting fees for events over $2000 will be credited to the event balance once we enter into agreement for service.

AlcoholTony Caters can provide bar service for your event, including beer, wine and liquor. If we aren’t contracted for bar service, Tony Caters bears no alcohol related liability

LeftoversTony Caters will ensure enough food is provided to feed all guests in your confirmed guest count. In the case there is excess food or beverage it remains the property of Tony Caters. To ensure food and safety and limit liability for all parties no food or beverage will be taken from the premesis or given to the client/guests to take away.

GratuityEven if suggested in your contract, nothing is expected and gratuity is left solely to clients’ discretion.
