3.4 First Car Starts from TC1 Cricklewood at 8.45hrs. The official start of the rally will be each car’s reporting to Time Control TC1 at SS1, Cricklewood 1. The issued start time and start order will be the time and order to report to TC1. The start time /start order list will be published on Chrissport Friday evening following the completion of the Stewards Meeting, this will be approx. 9pm. No service vehicles are permitted into Putere Rd. All Rally cars must be driven up Putere Rd to the rally start. The ODO check prior to the start of SS1 is marked out on your tour up Putere Rd. 4.6 COMPETITOR REQUIREMENTS (3) New Competitors Special Briefing: Any competitors who have not previously competed in three or more rallies in the past must attend the new competitors’ special briefing. This will be held at the Documentation venue, at 2000 hrs On Friday 13th November. 6. DOCUMENTATION AND SCRUTINEERING AUDIT Documentation will be at Jarks Cityside, Restaurant & Bar 118 Maraekakaho Rd Hastings.

Friday 13th November: from 1730hrs to 1930hrs. Present yourself at documentation, and you will be advised if your car needs to undergo Audit Scrutineering once your paperwork has been checked. Don’t forget your current Club Membership Card, current Competition License and Competition Vehicle Log Book. Audit Scrutineering will take place at VTNZ , 701 Orchard Rd Hastings. Between the hours of 1800hrs – 2000hrs. NOTE: For those competitors using the remote scrutineering option - It is the competitors responsibility to ensure a copy of the scrutineering check sheet is returned to the Chief Scrutineer by 12 noon on the 13th November whether audit was required or not. Failing to do this may result in your vehicle having to be audited again. Daniel Feck - Chief Scrutineer [email protected] RALLYSAFE UNITS WILL BE ISSUED AT DOCUMENTATION Rallysafe Unit checking, ALL competitors must present their car with the Rallysafe unit fitted for checking at the scrutineering venue before 2030hrs.

10. RESULTS Provisional results will be posted at the Hawkes Bay Car Club, Bridge Pa, Hastings, 1900 hrs on Saturday, 14th November 2015. 12. REJOINING Rejoins will be permitted at the sole discretion of the Clerk of the Course. Competitors will be placed as near as possible to their original start order. The competitor should contact a CRO or Rally Control asap to inform rally control of their intention to rejoin and to get instruction as to which time control to report to.

GENERAL 15.1 SEEDING: A Seeding list containing all entries received at the time of publication of the acceptance is attached. The official start order will be posted on www.chrissport.co.nz on Friday evening following the Stewards meeting approximately 2100hrs, if anyone doesn’t have access to the internet please advise a contact number at documentation and we will phone you with your start time & order. A Start Order List will be available at the start line at SS 1. 15.2 STARTING SYSTEM ON SPECIAL STAGES: On Special Stages the start will be by countdown on you Rallysafe unit, starting lights will not be used. 15.3 PRIZEGIVING, END OF DAY FUNCTION

The Hawkes Bay Car Club Clubrooms will be open from 1730hrs. Complimentary finger food will be available from 1830 hrs. The Car Club Kitchen will be open to purchase food, at the completion of this.

In the absence of any inquiries, the Prize giving will be held at 2000 hrs. 15.10 STEWARDS MEETINGS: Meeting No1. Pre Event: Time 2030hrs, Friday 13th November Venue, Jarks Cityside (Documentation venue) 118 Maraekakaho Rd Hastings Meeting No2. Post Event: Time at the conclusion of the final special stage. Venue, Rally HQ, Angus Inn Railway Rd Hastings, 15.11 LIVERY All vehicles must carry the Geartech sticker in position A1 for this event, and the Tomoana Warehousing Transport Stickers are to be placed on the door in position B3 shown below. Numbers, The smaller number is to be displayed on the top left hand corner of the rear window, and larger numbers are to be displayed on each side rear window, NOTE: there will not be numbers on the doors.

15.12 SERVICE AREAS & REFUEL ZONES We have scheduled three services and one refuel during the event and two optional refuel zones. It will not be possible to attend the first optional refuel zone (between SS3 and SS4) with the one service crew. Refer Road Book and Service Book for permitted areas. No time allowance has been added to the rally timetable for the optional refuelling. No other servicing is permitted in any of the refuel areas. The Wairoa A & P Society will be selling food at the Wairoa Serivce Park, they will have homemade baking and other items. Please support them, as they are supporting us.

TRAILERS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE PUTORINO SERVICE AREA.
