He was born on April 22,1707,at Sharpham Park in Somershire to well-situated, upper-class parents.
He was educated first at home (much like Tom)then at Eton, and finally at the University of Leyden.
He began his literary career as a playwright
IT is about truth and human nature
Moral conflict, law, justice, Marcy, jadgement and existential struggle .

Desire for money and power
Money and power both are at the center.
The society is vicious & fallen explain.
I want some more
Master Blifil always ignore Tom and he wants property and attention from teacher.
Lady Bellaton is a rich, want to keep Tom is her lover.

Master Blifil hopes to rule the entire Allworthy estate and therefore dose everything in his power to see that Tom is disowned by Allworthy.

Tom becomes sandwich between society and family. They all are free without freedom and their actions are full of connotative significance.
