Tom Crook 3D game engine workflow The assignment I have to carry out is to create a 3D level using the unity 3D program. During this assignment I will produce the modelling of the landscape and also add the textures for things such as the ground and also adding things such as objects all in which will improve my performance using the Unity 3D Game engine. 1. The first thing which I did during my first hour working on unity was creating the Land scape for example the Mountains and Caverns and other things to do with the landscape of my game. The picture next to this writing shows my Landscape after approximately twenty to thirty minutes. 2. The second thing which I achieved during this session was the introduction of a First person view and also the sky box. I set the sky box using this asset material from the Unity asset store and also I fixed the directional light so it fits the view of the sky box. 3. The third thing which I achieved during my session was adding a grass texture to the floor and also attempted to add a water source but didn’t find the correct water I thought suited the way my map looked.

2. The second thing which I achieved during this session was the introduction of a First person view

and also the sky box. I set the sky box using this asset material from the Unity asset store and also I

fixed the directional light so it fits the view of the sky box.

3. The third thing which I achieved during my session was adding a grass texture to the floor and also attempted to add a water source but didn’t find the correct water I thought suited the way my map looked.

4. The next session I used the Asset store again to add some ‘Deserted buildings’ to my level. I inserted them and had to resize them due to the buildings being too small.

5. I also started to add features to my turrain, Such as animated grass and tree’s. Also taking some examples from the asset store and using them in my game. I also added a few pieces of ‘Rubble’ around my buildings to set the scene.

6. The next thing I did was add a ‘Water tower’ asset from the asset store. This asset came with a collider so I am unable to walk through the asset.I also added some more plants which add some more character to my level, I also aquired these from the asset store.

7. I also added in my next session was an ‘Abandoned car’ asset which set the derricked scene more. I am still to put a Collider onto the car so I am still able to walk through the asset.

8. Then finally to finish my level I added a ‘Dancing Rabbit’ Asset from the asset store. I didn’t add the asset for a specific reason just to have some fun in the
