Academic Integrity Inquiry Process

• Understand your program’s expectations around teachable moments and internal warnings

• Once you need to make something formal, send an academic integrity inquiry letter– Email Subject: Academic Integrity Inquiry– Copy your Program Director or their academic integrity designee– Do not copy Code of Conduct (COC)

• Your PD/designee will work with you to decide sanctions and will send a formal Findings letter. You and COC will be copied
