Adding columns/formulas Proficiency
Click in the column you want to place your
proficiency
Enter the formula for proficiency

Auto fill the column (drag or double click on

Running a Pivot TableHighlight your worksheet
Click on “Insert” tab and choose “Pivot
Table”
Click OK
In Excel 2010, check the data items you want in your table
Move them to the correct area of the table (row, column, value)
VLOOKUPCopy the worksheet with the info you want to
use
Paste Special, Values into a new worksheet
Remove info you don’t want or need
Rename Worksheet as __________ Lookup
