Location The site is prominently located on the western edge of Uttoxeter and will front the new roundabout linking the A50 / A522 junction (currently under construction see page three for details of highways works.).
Description The town of Uttoxeter has a population of circa 13,000 people. Investment in the new A50 growth corridor and employment growth, JCB, makes Uttoxeter an attractive proposition.
