Tennessee Veggie Festival 2013 is a  Fantastic event where people gather  for health food, entertainment and lots of family fun! This annual Veggie Festival will be a day to remember again and again with our wonderful speakers, entrainment and vendors making their special vegetarian or vegan meal.  TN Veggie Festival 2013 will have over 100 vendors booths on all aspects from healthy eating and healthy living.

Whether our consumers are a longtime vegetarian or vegan, or someone simply wanting to add more healthy and delicious foods

to your meal repertoire, or if they are just curious what it's all about, they are welcomed here! We offer you free admission, free speaker presentations, free parking.

You also can learn of ways to benefit the environment, help animals, and enhance your health and well being. There are activities for kids, too!

Booths and Display

1. All of the exhibitor’s booth and display, including chairs, must be placed within the confines of the space. Nothing is to be placed in the aisles. 2. Exhibitors will be notified when they get their specific space assignment. Space assignments are not negotiable.

3. Space size will be 10’ by 10’. Exhibitors must provide their own canopy, chairs, tables, sturdy display or shelves. Tents, chairs and tables may be rented from Living Well Events and Productions, while supplies last. Exhibitors must be prepared for sun, wind and rain, and are responsible for making their tents sturdy against wind, rain, etc., by using items such as weights and/or sandbags. No tie downs are allowed.

4. The exhibit spaces are located outdoors during daytime hours, therefore sufficient light is provided for adequate general illumination for exhibitor’s space.

5. If the exhibitor requires an electrical outlet, it should be indicated on the application form and Main Street Square staff will attempt to accommodate requests. Exhibitors must supply at least 100 feet of extension cord. All extension cords used at the festival must be the heavy-duty, three wire type. No wire extension cords are allowed. Living Well Events and Production doesn’t have cord covers, and will use cord covers at its discretion.

6. The exhibitor’s booth must be open and staffed during all festival hours, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 27, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, July 28. An exhibitor absent from their booth, arriving late, leaving before closing or breaking down during show hours may be refused entrance to future festivals.

7. Exhibitors must abide by all fire regulations and/or decisions of the representatives of local fire departments. All booth materials should be in accordance with local fire regulations.

8. No open flames are permitted.

9. Nothing shall be nailed, stapled or otherwise fixed to the ground, of centennial park or building walls.

10. Exhibitor’s booth must not interfere with adjacent exhibits in any way.

11. All exhibits are to be in keeping with the overall family-oriented theme of the festival.

12. All exhibitors are responsible for keeping their area clean during show hours, including clean-up at end of show. All displays should be neat and clean.

13. Exhibitors may not sublet or apportion space to anyone else.

Application Procedure 1. The application form must be filled out in complete and signed by the Vendor.

2. Applications must include a biography of Vendor, Living Well Events and Production will keep this on file for publicity opportunities.

3. Exhibitors may only serve food or present the material indicated on the application.

4. Indicate the price range of the work on the application.

5. Main Street Square has a vendor secure wireless network for credit card processing. Exhibitors using this should indicate so on the application, and staff will provide the password. An unsecured wireless network is also available.

6. Deadline for receipt of entries is June 1, 2013. Exhibitors must check in with a staff member to obtain their booth space before setting up their exhibit.

Fees 1. An application fee of $10 should be included with the application, and is non-refundable.

2. Fees will be $375 tax included for a 10’ by 10’ space and $600 tax included. The price includes both days of the festival. 3. All balances must be paid in full by June 30, 2013. There are no refunds for cancellations, less than 90 days prior to event.

4. Living Well Events and Production will not be liable for refunds or any liabilities whatsoever for the failure to fulfill this contract due to reasons before or during the festival destroyed by fire or other calamity, by any act of God, public enemy, strikes, statues, ordinances or any legal authority, or any cause beyond its control.

5. Exhibitor is responsible for collecting and forwarding seven and one-half (5.25) percent Tennessee sales tax to the Department of Revenue from all sales. Main Street Square will distribute Department of Revenue worksheets to exhibitors at the event. The exhibitor is responsible for filling out the report and returning it to the local Department of Revenue.

Privacy Policy We respect the exhibitors’ privacy and will never sell or trade names, mailing addresses or e-mail addresses. However, Living Well Events and Production frequently receives requests for exhibitor contact information from the public, and will furnish phone numbers, websites and/or e-mail addresses upon such request unless the exhibitor has indicated their preference to keep their contact information private on the application.
