GETTING STARTED

Our Standard services tier allows cost conscious organizations to take advantage of the com-prehensive feature-set of the entire Personify Suite in a secure and scalable environment. Standard tier customers share their database and application servers with other TMA Resources hosted customers. Because the Standard service tier takes advantage of the economies of scale offered by shared services, direct access to the application and database servers is not possible. The Standard service tier is ideal for customers planning on minimal custom report writing. Customers are up and running quickly on a reliable and resilient infra-structure with very low up-front costs.

TMA Resources offers the Dedicated and Dedicated Plus tiers for customers requiring higher levels of processing power, advanced application customization capabilities, and extensive custom report writing. Our Dedicated service tier provides customers a dedicated database server to develop advanced application customizations and to perform extensive report writing. Customers desiring higher levels of reliability and protection may upgrade to the Dedi-cated Plus tier, which includes placement on a clustered Storage Area Network (SAN) to ensure a high-availability environment supported by dynamic failover protection.
