MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Loudoun County Public Schools Mentor Program is to provide teachers with resources to positively
affect each student’s performance and attitude toward learning.
Attract and Retain Excellent Teachers
Support Board Mission and Goals
Reduce the stress of transitioning to a new position
Promote the socialization of new educators into the LCPS community
Provide a collaborative network of support among educators
Goals of the Program

Promote leadership of veteran teachers
