It was previously unknown that the NYPD security room was located in the room under stair B and as a result thedoor was called for to be demolished and a new wall constructed in its place to keep the 2HR rating in thatstairwell. Now that it is known that the security room needs to be kept available to the other tennants, the doorand the slab in that area have to remain. Additionally, the bike storage room needs to be redesigned toaccommodate access to the security room. See attached drawings for revised demo and floor plans.
