GENERAL CLEANING Wipe up liquids, semi-solids and anything that may stain or

etch the surface. Use microfiber dust mop to clean the floor. Damp mop floors once in a week with a solution of warm

water and polished-floor cleaner.




HIGH TRAFFIC CLEANING Use auto scrubber (also called as automatic scrubber) to

clean your floor if it’s prone to more traffic from vehicles or machinery.

For heavy cleaning use 8 ounces of cleaning solution per gallon of water.

For general cleaning, use 4 ounces of cleaning solution per gallon of water.




CHECK LIST FOR POLISHED CONCRETE FLOOR MAINTENANCE• Mop the floor regularly.

• Wet mop the floor using clean water and mop.

• Equip auto scrubber with non-abrasive pad to clean large footage areas.

• Use a neutral floor cleaner formulated to suspend the dirt particles for wet mopping.




Clean spills and stains from the floor as quickly as possible. To remove remainder of surface debris, damp mop floor. When using a buffer or auto scrubber only use a very soft

bristle brush, white pad or beige pad. Do not wax a polished floor.
