Class DescriptionsTRAIL MIX A 30-minute treadmill class designed for all levels. Work up a sweat to the up-beat music during your up-hill journey!AQUAL FIT: Aquatic based exercise class focusing on toning and cardio to maximize your workout and minimize stress on the joints. 60 minutes.CYCLING: An intense cardiovascular workout on our stationary bikes; easy to follow and designed for all intensity levels. 60 minutes. First time? We encourage you to start with one of the 30 or 45 minute classes!STEP & CORE: This 50 min class combines classic, easy to perform step aerobics moves for a great cardio burn. You will also tone up your mid section with unique abdominal moves inspired by Pilates.HIIT: (20 min) HIIT is a training technique in which you give all out 110% effort through intense bursts of exercise followed by a QUICK ACTIVE recovery. Keep your heart rate up, burn MORE fat in LESS time, and increase metabolism! Thursday offers a 30 minute version that incorporates free weights for a little extra burn!

ZUMBA: A fusion of Latin and international music and dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and effective workout. 60 minutes.AQUA ZUMBA: Jump into the Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, dance-fitness party that makes wokring out a splash. 60, minutes. TOTAL BODY BLAST: Burn it off and tone it up during this interval class. A different focus every time. We will use everthing from barbells to dumbells as well as steps to floor work. Come prepared for anything during this 45 minute class!PILOXING: Mixing pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-cen-tric interval workout, this 60 minute class will guarantee to whip you into shape.TRACK INTERVALS: Feeling the need for speed? Whether you’re new to running, or you’re training for your next race, Track Intervals will push your aerobic limits and maximize your running potential.

BODY PUMP: The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60 minute workout challenges all your muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Your choice of weights. You will get the results you came for and FAST!FabAbs: Fire up your core! Tighten your stomach in 20 minutes with these traditional and non-traditional movements for you abs. Designed for all levels!ABS EXPRESS & MORE: Friday night is a 30 minute class with a focus on abs and lower back with bonus cardio... that’s the MORE!AMAZING ARMS: It’s all about the Bi’s, Tri’s, and Shoulders! Make sure you get there early as spots are limited!BGX: (butt n’ guts express) Our 30 minute version will get you in and out, still hitting those target areas.PILOXING KNOCKOUT: With high-intensity, plyometric. sports conditioning drills and functional training, this class will help you conquer obstacles & achieve a higher level of fitness. 45 minutes.TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING is a workout system that leverages gravity and your body-weight to perform your exercises. Challenge yourself on each exercise by simply adjusting your body position. WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING...TRXplosion: This 60 minute class will have the option of using the suspension trainers, kb, ropes, and weights. Designed to accomodate all levels but be prepared to train more athletically. Restorative and relaxing, this class is great for those looking to come into deep stretches for an end of week release from your routine workouts.SIMPLE STRETCH: Loosen those tight muscles with proper guidance in this full body stretch

class. Perfect for improving flexibility, reducing stress, and embracing the gift of relaxation. TAI CHI FLOW: An experience unlike anything on our schedule. Spend 30 minutes slipping into Qi Flow, learning the ancient art of Qi Gong, and experiencing gentle Tai Chi movements and meditation. Come prepared to move!VINYASA YOGA: Stretch and strengthen muscles, stimulate and encourage proper func-tions of internal organs. Gain emotional & spiritual well-being. Perfect for all levels, Gentle Yoga: Perfect for beginners.
