EAST DEAN SERVICES ON LINE It's nearly time for our sermon Spring Clean! The church website www.edfj.co.uk , now has over 70 talks and sermons (with their associated Bible readings) from the past two years. To free up space for new recordings we will be deleting some of the oldest ones over the next few months. If you want to catch these before they're gone just go to the home page, click on the "SERMONS" button and select the talk you want to hear..

EASTER SERVICESMAUNDY THURSDAY 29th March 7.30pmHoly Communion in East DeanChurchGOOD FRIDAYAt 10.00am we have an informal Children’s Workshop for an hour at East Dean with Coffee and Company .At 12.00 we have a combined Hour at the Cross for East Dean and Friston in Friston Church. In between, at 11.30, we are making an Act of Witness. Often the Bank Holiday seems busy outside, with most people oblivious to what is happening in our church buildings, and seemingly ignorant of what Good Friday is all about. This is a simple way of bringing public meaning to this important day. We’ll leave East Dean Church at 11.30am carrying a cross and walk up to Friston Church in time for the 12 noon service there. We hope those who’ve been at the Children’s Workshop and Coffee and Co., will join in before going home; and those physically able who are coming to the Hour at the Cross at noon will join in the walk prior to that service starting. There is an Hour at the Cross at Jevington at 11.00am as usual.

EASTER SATURDAY – Service of Light at Friston at 7.00pm EASTER DAY Communion – 9.30am, East Dean All Age and Short Communion Service – 11.00am, East Dean followed by children’s Easter Egg Hunt at the Church11.00am Holy Communion (1662 Book of Common Prayer) at Friston 11.15am Holy Communion at Jevington
