Prudence Staite – Food is ArtPrudence Staite sculpts with chocolate and food to make edible art. Her philosophy is that art should be interactive and stimulate all the senses, especially taste!

She has worked with major UK organisations such as BBC, Virgin Media and Disney to produce stunning promotional sculptures, all made from chocolate.

Come and be amazed as she demonstrates her creative art.

Vegan Street FoodLizzy Hughes runs Our Lizzy Cooking, a vegan cookery school here in Malvern. Through Our Lizzy she offers people an opportunity to explore a variety of cuisines in a relaxed friendly setting. She is looking forward to demonstrating some new recipes from her new Street Food course at The Great Malvern Food Festival. Find out how to cook jackfruit, take the mystery out of seitan!

Ready, Steady, Cook! Our Lizzy will be supporting young chefs to create tasty meals using locally grown seasonal produce. They will be showcasing ingredients from the food festival and using them in innovative ways.

John Swift & the Victorian BakersSwift’s Bakery was set up in 1863 by John’s great, great aunt Harriet Swift. Today the business, which has its headquarters in Clee Hill, near Ludlow, still involves fathers, sons, brothers and wives, operating two bakeries and five shops in the area, as well as supplying local hotels, restaurants and pubs. John was selected to appear in the recent BBC 2 programme Victorian Bakers. Come and hear his story and also some background on the programme.
