Mountz Elementary School Wild Child Smash Book TM Marvelous, Messy, On-the-Go, Paste and Embellishment Mondays January 25 – June 13 Smash Booking is all the rage... This loose style of scrapping, engages children’s creativity through multi-sensory materials and mixed medium. In this four month session, students explore their passions while developing their cutting, pasting and collage skills. Sticking all their cool stuff: collected tidbits of paper, leaves, candy wrappers, quotes, ribbon and photos, and expressively ‘smashing it’ into a book encourages artistic and spontaneous connections in this seasonal book time-capsule. • Mixed Media • Creative Intention • Scraping and Collage 3:00-4:30PM 1.5 hours All Ages $390 (17 Classes) Jan 25 Feb. 1, 22, 19 March 7, 14, 21 April 4, 11, 18, 25 May 2, 9, 16, 23 June 6, 13 Includes book and Smash Book supplies. Utilizing Active Imagination, we develope an internal image and access story telling through an innovative 13 step-method. Founder of The Venus Transits, her students were invited to participate in collaborative art project by the New Museum of Contemporary Art in New York City. A certified teacher in Intentional Creativity Method, by Shiloh McCloud, her paintings are currently showing at The Center for Conscious Caregiving, Brick, NJ.
