A copy of the DRAFT COMPLAINT is included. We are praying the State of Washington tojoin in our case in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals via an Amicus Brief. We feel-believe the timehas arrived to go forward. There are ideas to plant the seeds of our future again, here in the UnitedStates of America.

I, Roberta Kelly, personally feel-believe the first step in our recovery is addressing the serious,critically ill in the leadership for our great nation into the Twenty First Century. Where are our mentalgiants? When the Empress of China saved China’s economy once the collapse happened, she did itwith a vital natural resource. We are not China’s antiquity and herein lies the rub. However, AmericanNatives supposedly migrants too, we all are, from land masses wherever on earth at some point in themoment or another since the beginning of time. Thus, the imagination of entrepreneur? How Torediscover the dignity in the idea: FARMER? Understanding. Obviously we must understand how notto abuse the nature of resources, indeed, we must live in a healthier, more consciously chosen, a well-balanced style of living as the Empress of China chose for all the people of China, too.

Please we invite discussions. May we meet with Jim Miller and any of the higher intellectualsof entrepreneurial in the State of Washington? I am not the Empress of China by any stretch of theimagination. I admire her courage in the recovery of China when from a state of enlightenment into thedire state of the unenlightened the Country’s power disappeared. But, the Empress provided secrets torebuild our America, too? A banana area in Washington State cannot be matched in my understandingof the value of the past 200 years as simply the growing cycle for the new and future garden U.S.A.

How to be a farmer in the 2021, future of an even greater United States of America? Thethousand mile journey has only just begun with this single step.
