Design Development ( DD ) Design refinement following SD where greater detail is provided along with a clear and coordinated description of all aspects of the architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection. Construction Documents ( CD ) Detailed documents setting forth the requirements for the construction of the project consisting of Drawings (illustrative component) and Specifications (written requirements).
