Much has been written about house building. In the house building trade, we orientate ourselves with traditional thought patterns as much as we consistently try to avoid them. Should this book therefore not quite meet your ex-pectations, this could partly be due to our intention to create something new out of unorthodox contradictions. Natural-ly the traditional ‚fur‘ of many readers might ‚bristle‘ at the following balancing act between a variety of subjects and monotony, between the depth of penetration and a possible felt superficialness.

For want of general values regarding ‚subtle matter in house building‘, a short systematic treatise can only be an attempted approach. We hope our little discovery tour to a new housing industry makes pleasurable and interesting reading.

Preface

In 2005 Wohnungsgenossenschaft Gartenheim eG successfully estab-lished the construction project VASATI with 96 apartment units. This un-usual and unique kind of house building takes into account special rules of harmony and energy during design and construction. This is clearly distinguishable from our conventional European construction traditions. The basic principles of these rules, which may seem mysterious to us, stem from a more than thousand- years-old science of healthy building and living from India.

The progress of the project was enhanced by further ‚energetic‘ measures. A meaningful application of these measures supports the resident‘s well-being in striking as well as subtle ways. This new kind of ‚sensual‘ specifi-cation in house building does not remove familiar physical boundaries, but residents may have deep and diversified experiences on new levels.

We have combined this one-of-a-kind collection of unorthodox expe-riences from diverse areas of the ‚energy sector‘ into a speech-container, which we named Sixth Sense Living. Suitably, it contains six topic groups and we took the poetic licence to exaggerate it slightly by granting it a second title ‚The Six Delicacies in House Building‘. The contents of this area of experience will continually progress through new impulses over the time.

2. Aperitif | On the sixth sense

On the Sixth Sense

Everybody has an immediate notion when it comes to the five sen-ses. We learn, experience and understand our environment through our primary senses of sight, sound, smell, taste and touch. Strictly speaking, there are an additional four senses, namely the senses of temperature, of pain, of balance and of physical awareness, spe-cifically deep sensibility. This makes nine senses but our language expresses everything that can be experienced by one person in equal measurement through external stimuli with the term ‘five senses’. It is a fact that some people hear better than others. This is not only due to sensitivity to sound waves but also through sub- jectively perceived harmony within the brain. An exceptionally gifted virtuoso‘s hearing capability has far more utilisable diffe-rentiations than that of a normal person. This trivial insight can be expanded into all other cognitive qualities available to us through example of highly developed perception acrobats such as gour-mets, artists or perfumers.

Animals appear to have even more sensory levels. According to new studies, some birds possess a distinct sensitivity to magnetic

With Sixth Sense Living, we have basically invented something that already exists. We give a phenomenon a name and a colourful logo in order to facilitate transportation of this ‚ephemeral‘ content in our new speech-container. Sixth Sense is a colloquial placeholder for many unusual and partly mysterious forms of energy which follow us at every turn and which none the less obviously seem to appertain to the real world.

Page 16: The Six Delicacies in House Building - Gartenheim · 9 VASATI 2.0 A computer-generated advace on reality. The second constrution phase of VASATI 2.0 with 57 apart-ments will commence

16

fields. This results in birds having amazing navigational abilities, enabling them to orientate themselves within earth‘s magnetic field. Some species of fish use sensory recognition ability to pro-tect themselves from enemies. They can distinguish minute ex-ternal changes from self-produced electrical fields. The cat is said to possess an exceptional talent for returning to its home even going distances of hundreds of kilometres. In this case, a special combination of perception is assumed, which includes the ability to distinguish different polarisation levels of sunlight as well as the ability of astronavigation, both sensory and cognitive.

The more something exceeds the senses at our disposal, because our sensors do not provide any distinctly perceptible signals, the stronger our tendency to doubt the truthfulness of such a per-ception becomes. Our senses can no doubt be tricked easily, so we attribute anything that seems above our ‚horizon‘ to misap-prehension or manipulation. To research the navigational abilities of pigeons, studies have included sealing the eyes of test birds, attaching magnets to their heads and spinning them in a drum until considered giddy. Should, however, some of the test animals nevertheless find their way home, we still do not trust their senso-ry abilities completely, because we do not have the right sensors for evaluation and the mechanism exceeds our comprehension. In these cases, we use chance as an adequate explanation or we use scientific arguments to wriggle out.

Each perception that is not consistent with our ‚five proper sen-ses‘ is seen as dubious and unsound. This inclination towards self-deception does, at times, verge on arrogance. We eliminate, by definition, those things we refuse to understand since we cannot perceive them ‚properly‘. A popular example of this can be found in

the field of homoeopathy. Preparations are administered, in which - due to ultra-high dilution - the original agent can no longer be accounted for. The remaining subtle matter information cannot be directly measured. Many ‘five senses realists’ still hold the im-movable opinion that a possible impact - if there is one - can only be explained by the placebo effect. So, due to a lack of insight, the patient must have been mistaken.

We are aware of the fact that somewhere there is more to it than what mere orthodox physics or biology teaches us. The ‘five senses’, as fundamental information media, are not sufficient to represent multifaceted sensory experiences like good feelings, precognitions or telepathy as generally accepted concepts. Our intellect cannot keep quiet due to its cultural-conditioned knowledge. It wants to comprehend precisely and is trained to ultimately dismiss incon-clusive or entangled cause-and-effect relationships.

The more we try to approach extrasensory perception in a logi-cal and precise way by using our language terminology, the more elusive the situation becomes. Due to the fact that our language does not contain suitable and comprehensive vocabulary for this territory; we are forced to use linguistic ambiguities when descri-bing these kinds of sensory phenomena. This results in the multi-ple usages of terms like energy, field and power. Conceptual new creations, for example, ‘morphogenetic field’, which emerged from an interdisciplinary word combination, contribute little to tangible understanding. Modern quantum physics have shown beyond a doubt that, in the microcosm of our world, other rules and laws apply which would have never been considered possible due to our ‘macro-perception’.

18

Some of seemingly extrasensory phenomena can be reasonably explained by the use of quantum physics‘ models. It remains the purely intellectual pleasure for the insiders and those specially in-terested without really providing any advantages in everyday life for the rest.

It is a rather tricky business. If we could abstain from wanting to understand everything so precisely, if we could accept ourselves with a touch of intellectual blur, we could also accept extrasen-sory transcendental phenomena. In principle, we know that these things exist. In any case, for these kinds of characterisations we have a suitable, universal speech-container named the ‘sixth sense’. We can put everything in it which we experience but don‘t want or cannot understand. As sixth sense we describe perceptions for which we think we have no sensors and all so-called Psi-pheno-mena, connected with clairvoyance, telepathy or telekinesis. Sixth sense is, by nature, a container which is not only tampered with by ‚upright‘ esoterics or mystics, but also by people with bizarre desires, saviours of the earth and those with a longing for self-representation. Although we suffer from a bit of a stranger anxiety when using the term sixth sense, this does not, at first, prevent the mere concept of it. Everybody knows what we mean by it and despite the weak scientific evidence of its contents; there is only limited negative prejudgement.

19

Defying all suspicions of using an ‚empty Anglicism‘, we will con-tinue to name our speech-container ‚sixth sense‘, as there is no term which is more plausible and to the point.

Before we now embark on the precise contents, we would like to compare – as coherently and free of illusions as possible - some attitudes, preassigned by experience, which will inevitably arise from the discussion on the topic ‚sixth sense‘.

A Small Philosophical Appetiser

On one hand there is the world of physicists, engineers, chemists and medical scientists, educated in the traditional Western way. On the other hand, there is now an increasingly large number of people not as strongly focused on strict science casually turning to phenomena and observations completely repugnant to the first group. For the first-mentioned group of the ‚respectable and straight‘, one could say: in their cosmos of belief, everything that exists or that should or may exist, is clearly defined. Any kind of existence must be unequivocally measurable and verifiable. It must be coherently explainable and reproducible through prede-termined basic principles at all times.

3. A small philosophical appetiser

More often than not, life is about knowledge, knowing it all and belief. Creating a personal balance between these antagonisms and, at the same time, remaining a nice person is a constant challenge. One also needs to take daylight, the position of the moon and the season of the year into consideration. In simple language, we don‘t know when, how and why we are enlightened by subjective perception to conclude that an objective issue is true or untrue. But when we resort to the area of ‚ethereal energies‘, we encounter an abyss of obscurity, respectively a minefield of dissent. Intellect is a brilliant ‚invention‘ but at the same time our intuition’s worst enemy. Our instinct is essential in order to comprehend what is logically impossible. A holistic insight starts with the way we think.

»For some, there is something in it;for others, there is nothing to it.«

Page 22: The Six Delicacies in House Building - Gartenheim · 9 VASATI 2.0 A computer-generated advace on reality. The second constrution phase of VASATI 2.0 with 57 apart-ments will commence

22

The following considerations may seem extremely dry and theore-tical to start with, but this thought exercise will be referred to se-veral times in the subsequent text. A short textual dry spell should be tolerable, as nobody will suffer any serious harm.

As already mentioned, people have a strong need to be able to completely explain everything in their world of imagination. Hu-man knowledge must stay tragically sketchy in respect to nature or rather to those things manifesting themselves inside us as ap-parent nature or reality through the outer world’s projection. Thus, there are many things we cannot know and which we just have to believe. Despite immense progress, we will never be able to close the gaps in our knowledge completely (and maybe we are not supposed to). Belief, therefore, is in a way the balance between everybody‘s individual knowledge and all things imaginable. Belief is often mistaken for knowledge. It is always a cloudy substitute for inability or denial. Regardless of what we know or believe, we always fill our conception of the world up to the utter brim with both components, regardless if it is right or wrong, in exactly the individual proportion of congruity plausible to us.

We consider things right, because we have learned them, because they are provable and because our environment and the public confirm them. But above all, the things we ourselves firmly believe in are right for us and it does not matter that they could theoreti-cally be wrong. We define the things we believe in – and not the things we know – as right or wrong. We cheat ourselves with our brain-economical motifs and what we hold as respective truth. We do this without any chance of verification or a bad conscience. When thoughts and conceptions subjectively feel good, we believe them. They are right for us.

Page 23: The Six Delicacies in House Building - Gartenheim · 9 VASATI 2.0 A computer-generated advace on reality. The second constrution phase of VASATI 2.0 with 57 apart-ments will commence

23

This thought excursion, which may seem a bit unworldly, should demonstrate that we cannot initially know everything and this also holds true for the teachers, physicists, researchers and other in- tellectuals of this world. There always remains a large residual in the universe in which we simply have to believe. We have to individual-ly decide how to handle this and which portion of what is believed is right for us. The less we know something, which means the more ignorant we are deemed by others, the more we are inclined to believe and with this, we are happy and blissful. The more indivi-duals believe to know, the less they generally believe in something at all, and that is where the real problem lies. Natural scientific in- tellectuals‘ knowledge has strict rules and therefore things they could believe in are, for now, excluded by definition.

According to an old joke, a good physicist only believes in things he can measure. Every now and then though, there are physicists, who arrive at a certain point in their research work and believe in God without being able to measure him. This unique condition only occurs when our inbred neurotical necessity for complete ex-planation is unable to find a logical ‚back door‘. The belief in God here is only meant as a placeholder. Everybody has, of course, free-dom of belief. Mongolian nomadic people in the Altai mountain range have no term for God but get along fine without it. Their God is Nature. Without belief in something or somebody, nobody will mentally survive.

To be more specific: when dealing with the term sixth sense, there is no acknowledged evidence in the sense of traditional natural science. There is nothing that can be physically measured. For some, this may seem liberating, for others, sobering. Neither one

3. A small philosophical appetiser

24

nor the other is applicable. The untimely elation of the realists, who think that somebody voluntarily admits this to be nothing but cheap mumbo jumbo, falls short. The desperate dismay of the sensitive, who have always had the feeling that the nonsensitive masses do not understand them, is equally baseless.

Let‘s take a dowser for an example: with a special kind of aerial in his hands, he walks through the terrain and is able to find water veins. In our latitudes you will get water when you drill a hole of approximately 10 – 15 metres at one of the tracked reading points or inside the reading zone. To postulate this as mere chance would be foolish, although there is not a single physical measuring in-strument on earth which would be able to directly detect a water vein. (There are, in fact, modified scintillation counters which can be used to find the slight radioactive divergence in the ground caused by the water vein.)

The bone of contention here lies in the fact that such a measure-ment can only work, when man, acting as detector, is integrated into the measuring process. Man alone could not measure anything and the measuring rod would also not yield anything without the human component. (For the sake of accuracy, I would like to men-tion that there are periodically people who can find water veins or raw materials by means of their outstretched hands.) The inbred ability to find water veins with a piece of metal or a crotch is about 70 % , which means that only approximately one third of the po-pulation has no respective sensibility, even if they practice and receive instructions.

Page 25: The Six Delicacies in House Building - Gartenheim · 9 VASATI 2.0 A computer-generated advace on reality. The second constrution phase of VASATI 2.0 with 57 apart-ments will commence

25

Now the physicist comes into the picture and wants to know what caused the rod to deflect. The answer is: there is no mechanical effect in the traditional sense. Dowsers make themselves available in this measuring chain as mere muscle detectors and – ampli-fiers, trying as much as they can to switch-off their conscious mind. One could say they ‚empty themselves‘ of all reason, they neutralise their intention to take control and thus influence the measuring. In a certain way they excite a meditative state of mind, the deflection simply happens. The body reacts at the right point. This opens the floodgates to misinterpretations by the unknown physicist. He sums up such a measuring as a subjective act of imagination and coincidence with the intention to manipulate. Unfortunately, there is a chance that different dowsers may at times get different results in the same place. In shop language, measuring with a dowsing rod is also referred to in German as ‚muten‘ which can be equated with ‚vermuten‘, which means ‚to assume‘, and thus we are shooting ourselves in the foot by adding fuel to the sceptics‘ flames.

Dowsers or radioaesthesists, as they are also called, occasionally use a pendulum instead of a rod. From the rotational direction and the oscillation attitude of the pendulum, the radioaesthesist can interpret the results of his measurements. Sometimes the radio-aesthesist asks questions and, depending on the rotation of the swinging pendulum, these are answered with yes or no. Cynics may interject that one might as well use a teabag. They are probably right.

Just as some people firmly believe themselves to be sharp-witted and analytical (and therefore have succeeded in identifying com-plete nonsense in the name of science), others are certain that their

3. A small philosophical appetiser

26

guesswork is right. The sensitive are aware of possible criticism and therefore label it ‚empirical science‘. If results can be reliably reproduced through unscientific means, who could seriously be interested in whether so-called science condescendingly gives us its blessing? To re-emphasize: when drilling at a determined spot, water flows; just a few metres away, no water can be found.

Although we now have undisputable and widely accepted test results, most people in this area are still troubled by substan- tial doubts. They ask themselves if these things could possibly be attributed to nonsense, witchcraft or psychopathological twists. Desperation results due to the lack of explanations in our humble, imperfect and defective world of imagination. To make it simple, you might as well believe what you do not understand. But this bliss does not seem to be equally bestowed on everyone. It is an individual decision to wedge or block one‘s self in a futile demand for knowledge or to act on instinct and allow free play with one‘s intuitions and feelings. Both are permanent characteristics of the population and there won‘t be any final ‚migration‘ from one group to the other, as a result of some kind of insight. This incompatibi-lity will co-exist forever. One group’s facts will always remain the amusement of the others.

The most well-known example I would like to mention is Uri Gel-ler, who can bend spoons using the power of his mind and cause dry seeds to sprout within seconds. In September 2007, during a rather personal event at Gartenheim, we had the chance to see these amazing phenomena for ourselves. Although more than three hundred people had the same up-close experience, the au-dience was nonetheless divided into those who knew and those

Page 27: The Six Delicacies in House Building - Gartenheim · 9 VASATI 2.0 A computer-generated advace on reality. The second constrution phase of VASATI 2.0 with 57 apart-ments will commence

27

who believed. For those who knew, their experiences could only be put down to fraud or deception. For the believers, everything was perfect. They felt confirmed in their beliefs and enriched. For both groups the same things physically happened: spoons bent and seeds sprouted.

Uri Geller has been demonstrating his abilities worldwide for more than 40 years. Yet the ratio between the knowing and the believing in respect to spoon-bending has remained quite stable apart from certain country-specific fluctuations. After many years of his world-wide performances, even the last Mohican on our planet would assume that they have proven themselves right. He has been doing the same things thousands of times and none of the sceptics have ever been able to prove the opposite. On the other hand, we don‘t want to conceal the fact that Uri Geller has a large interest in the mystification of his own person through the media. Many people do not accept this as professional conduct. In spite of this, many scientifically-renowned institutes in the world have investigated his unexplainable powers and confirmed their existence.

For the time being, sceptics and optimists, the knowing and the believing, seem to share this world with equal representation.

All facets regarding the issues ‚believing‘ and ‚knowing‘ should be discussed in detail. All afore-mentioned contents regarding the topic sixth sense will be expanded upon in full-scale in the follow-ing chapters. It does not make a difference if we are talking about water veins, energised drinking water, the golden rules of VASATI,

What exactly is VASATI? – It all started in India

VA-SA-TI: these are the elements unfolding when a stress is put on each syllable. ‚Va‘ means ‚energy‘ in Sanskrit; ‚sa‘ stands for ‚information‘ and ‚ti‘ represents ‚geometry‘. On a higher spiritual level ‚va‘ also stands for Vishnu, an embodiment of God, while ‚sati‘ means Lakshmi, the embo-diment of God‘s female energy. “Different strokes for different folks”, one might say. In this country, it is difficult to make something of this symbolism. Nevertheless, the philosophy of building energetically-optimised houses has the same relevance in our latitudes as in India. As we have already successfully built houses using the rules of VASATI, we are no longer the only ones convinced of the virtues and the truths of these ancient insights.

VASATI is an ancient science regarding building and dwelling which has been passed down for more than 5000 years. Developed and refined in India, VASATI can be compared to the later-evolved Chi-nese, respectively Japanese, doctrine of Feng Shui, as both share the same principles. Investigations have shown that parts of this knowledge must have been introduced into European architecture thousands of years ago, probably through migration and more or less unknowingly. Buildings of the great masters such as Vitruv and Palladio are all built in accordance with the rules of VASATI. In the Indian world of Sanskrit, this science is named VASTU; VASATI is a registered trademark. It stands for the European version of this an-cient tradition and was converted into the scientific form of the 12 natural laws for the western world by the Veden-researcher Marcus Schmieke in the 1990s.

32

What exactly does VASATI stand for? The golden rules of VASATI differentiate between the different levels of influence which di-rectly affect the inhabitants of a building. The 12 natural laws can be divided into three main groups. The first group is formed by energetic factors, which show themselves in so-called physical energy flows and energy potentials. In plain language: a building site, respectively a planned building, is analysed regarding its direc-tion, the earth‘s rotation and the resulting strong and weak areas. The energetic potential of a building can be influenced by the dis-tribution of weight or by the positioning of the outer areas of water. The second group describes the geometrical rules according to VASATI. These rules deal with the proportion and the arrangement of rooms within the building‘s plans. The third set of rules describes the laws of the information level, which considers the radiation of the cardinal points, the influence of the planets and its interaction with the inhabitants. Some may think that the third level is quite over the top, but on the other hand, even in our culture horoscopes are very popular. So, can belief be sinful?

In order to save space we would like to abstain from a further de-tailed explanation of how exactly the VASATI rules are incorporated into our house building (for further information please refer to: www.vasati-wohnen.de). But rest assured: the mutual planning process with our architects and our VASATI consultant was carried out with great care and a great expenditure of time.

VASATI, by itself, is no substitute for the teachings of architecture. On the other hand, our European architectural tradition provides

very few approaches in order to optimize buildings in respect to subtle matter. In our western world, architecture has developed from a different tradition and a different approach. VASATI does not want to re-invent the wheel nor does it intend to add an extra one to the cart. The rules of the VASATI-philosophy do not contradict our approved architectural traditions. They are rather a complimentary and meaningful level of experience. To a certain extent, they are already included in these traditions, but their usefulness does not unfold until they are precisely phrased. Through synergy effects and the integration of unusual approaches to thought and aware-ness, which have already been established in other hemispheres, beneficial developments can be procured. The great response to the first VASATI project is reflected in the strong willingness of the population to follow this perception open-mindedly.

Drinking Water – a noble dropGH2O – auspicious water, but how?

Ever since we started our first VASATI building phase in 2005 we have been dealing intensively with energised water. The com-plete water supply of the first building complex with 96 apart-ments is being energetically treated at a central point before its distribution into the respective houses (more information on www.glueckliches-wasser.de). The devices used are either available on the market or were specially manufactured for VASATI by autho-rised companies. The term ‚auspicious water‘ does not constitute a legal warrant for product quality. Through the creation of a catchy phrase we rather intend to achieve a stronger awareness in respect of taste and digestibility when drinking our water.

Presently the health industry disperses numerous mottos such as: “Water is life” or “No life without water”. The availability of a sufficient amount of clean drinking water is seen as a matter of course in our re-gion; a possible shortage is something we have no physical awareness of. When water is transported, pumped and filtered over long distances, it is energetically shattered when it finally drips out of the tap. Adver-tisements refer to fresh spring water as an obvious opposite to the boring, worn-down tap water. Although bio-physically there is not a big difference, the instincts are appealed to (rightly), which indicate that there are distinguishable features within different kinds of water. We at VASATI cannot directly offer you spring- or healing water but we can re-transform tap water back into its original energetic state. Hence nothing gets in the way of the bliss of a noble drop.

So where does the lore originate that tells us that normal drinking water should contain more than just H20? The intriguing answer is: water has a memory; or at least, many people believe so. Many years ago Dr. Masaru Emoto from Japan impressively demonstrated – by using relatively simple implements – that information stored in water can be made visible by viewing shock frosted crystals under the microscope. In the ‚water scene‘ this method has by now achie-ved cult status, whereas serious scientists still shake their heads. Many decades ago, other pioneers of water research had the same experience, for example, the engineer and natural scientist Viktor Schauberger. As soon as somebody tries to change our world for the better and without side-effects, he encounters massive head wind from a different-minded establishment.

For us, however, our tenants and not some scientific bodies are the measurement of the practical benefits. People who have spent their holidays in Austria may have heard of the so-called ‚Grander Water‘. This water treatment system, which is named after its in-ventor, has been incorporated into most Austrian hotels or public swimming-pools and their operators are completely convinced. The Grander system has by now been installed approximately 18,000

Page 36: The Six Delicacies in House Building - Gartenheim · 9 VASATI 2.0 A computer-generated advace on reality. The second constrution phase of VASATI 2.0 with 57 apart-ments will commence

times worldwide. One should assume that this is not some trendy brand product with status character, but an energetic treatment system generating a definitely useful effect. VASATI also applies the Grander system and numerous residents are convinced by the vel-vety taste and the healthy property of our revived drinking water (and if not, nobody is harmed).

Up until now, nothing has been revealed about its active principle. If water can allegedly store information, one should assume that harmful information can be stored as well as good and beneficial information. At this point it is important not to mistake information for components. Of course, a chemical component also contains information, but reacts in our organism primarily through its che-mical interaction. Our drinking water is neither being treated che-mically nor mechanically. To import water, we depend upon the technical quality of the water provided by the public services.

To start with, information is free of matter, as in homoeopathy, but despite a high ‚dematerialisation‘ in the human body, it causes similar reactions to purely chemical influences. “To split a big log, it takes a big wedge”; and this also applies to chemistry. We know what we have done. By cannily insinuating information and the subsequent activation of self-healing powers, we could have also achieved our goals. Needless to say, the end justifies the means.

Therefore, our ‚auspicious water‘ is initially freed from harmful in-formation and then revived by beneficial information. This is, of course, not a scientifically astute explanation, but any other, more profound attempt to substantiate it would unnecessarily divide the community of the knowing and the believing. We therefore advert to the vast amount of product documentation supplied by the producers of the water treatment equipment, who present their respective ‚philosophies‘.

The market is swamped with products and we do not want to start a discussion of the diverse methods and manufacturers. One thing is obvious - there are many different and adventurous ideas on how to do something positive to water and which treatments and materials to use. No treatment has as yet proved to be the most operative and effective and therefore one could assume that all the developers have experimented in a semi-blind state. Eventually the market and the buyer‘s benefit will decide who survives the “evolution”. We have shortened this process and use the market leader’s appliances.

When we repeat something like a prayer wheel, in our culture this means that we want to reach a certain goal by constantly repeating our wish until we eventually succeed through conviction, exhaus-tion or obtrusion. In Tibet, wooden prayer wheels have been around for hundreds of years. Small, portable wheels are made for prayer in transit, whereas large systems of prayer wheels were installed in long, cascading rows along the walls of monasteries. Through this, the act of frequently repeated and simultaneous praying obtains a rational and economical touch. The prayer wheels, kept in constant motion by meditating monks, contain small pieces of paper with the respective wishes. Several wishes can be fulfilled at the same time and, as a result, the petitioner is relieved from the burden of constantly repeating and concentrating on this form of “outsourced prayer service”.

Is it possible to transmit subtle matter information over any length of distance to a certain destination? Modern radionik can. Originally it was believed that the telecommunication of healing information was accomplished with a kind of modulation of electromagnetic radio waves, hence the term ‚radionik‘. When it was discovered that the trans-mission mechanism had nothing to do with a radio, the term was already coined. Never mind, it still works. With radionik support, for example, certain inaccessible areas in house building can be treated with waves from a distance. From a central (transmission-) point in the building, an additional energisation of the drinking water can be simul-taneously performed at several locations in the building‘s water supply.

The basis of this tradition, which we might find a little funny, is an interesting model of assumption. One obviously assumes that de-stiny can be influenced through channelled awareness processes. These processes, which are not place- and time-related, can be instrumentalised in many ways. We also pray, of course, but here, the focus is on dialogue and reflection. In case our prayers are un-expectedly answered, meaning the wish materialises, a miracle has happened for us and we traditionally bow our heads in humility. In this country, it is impossible to accept a nature-like incident, in which the activation of vibration and information are transmitted to a distant medium by means of a targeted bridging of conscious-ness. The tradition of Reiki has become widely accepted in Europe within the last few years. Mostly practised by women, Reiki enables the practitioner, from the second grade onwards, to exert an en-ergetic remote treatment, which works best with people related to the practitioner. Anybody, who has the chance to try this, may experience this effect for themselves.

More than 80 years ago the beginning of modern radionik was initiated by the awareness that subtle matter processes to which a physical manifestation is attributed, can quite readily be technically instrumentalised. Initiated by an oscillation process, the informa-tion from pharmaceuticals can be easily transmitted to a medium without having to be directly administered. Through the activation of self-regulation and self-healing there is a high probability of suc-cess. This approved naturopathic method was further developed essentially some years ago with the help of computer technology. PC programmes, supported by data bases, have taken over acti-vating technical noise processes. In classic radionik systems, there is a possibility of producing a sanitary distant resonance by using

the patient’s hair or saliva. Targeting can reliably be realised in a less excited and more hygienic way with photographs and addres-ses through means of modern computer technology. In Europe, thousands of alternative practitioners use radionik systems for their treatments (for further information refer to www.timewaver.de and www.m-tec.ag). It can be assumed that these systems are continu-ally improved through varied experiences. A conclusive explana-tion of what, why and how this works cannot be given, although many manufacturers offer interesting as well as plausible answers. To phrase it another way; there is no proof that it doesn’t work. The quota of self-experience is distinctly higher than the placebo effect, which has a statistical success rate of 20 to 30 %.

In the VASATI project, radionik wave treatment from a distance is used to improve and energise drinking water. Inaccessible areas in the water supply of our buildings can simply be photographed and thus help the targeting of a radionik resonance line. By means of a computer controlled radionik unit, several places are being wave-treated with harmonising information simultaneously round the clock. Through our own practical experience and quickened by the reports of other study groups, we give this method great relevance. As has been said before – it’s the result that counts.

In this essay the nature of tracking down water veins has been discussed at length. Is it measurement, dowsing or assumption? But why all this fuss? Tenants of an apartment block don‘t want to drill wells for water. For centuries rumours and common knowledge have indicated that there is a link between good health and illness and the permanent dwelling on water veins. When a delicate and sensitive person is sleeping on a bed positioned on a water vein, this is said to cause – in mild cases - sleeplessness and agitation but can cause illness and even death in more serious cases. Sensitive people are not part of a pitiable anonymous minority. Anyone can be affected. The number of allergic people has risen not only due to the increase in environmental stress, but also due to the number of people who are sensitive to water veins.

Especially in Germany, but also in other parts of the world, anci-ent common wisdom was systematically examined by dowsers, medical doctors and people interested in natural science from the

When we haven‘t slept well, we commonly refer to a water vein as an explanation for the natural nuisance. We could probably sleep much sounder and carefree if we spent our nights on our own oil well or gold vein, but unfortunately, water veins are much more common. In our region, this counterproductive manifestation of water criss-crosses the ground at approximately every 10 to 20 meters. It is not possible to block or drain these veins, so the only chances when planning a buil-ding are evasion or field transformation.

Underground water veins can cause sleepless nights

1920s on. Time and again we come across reports and serious ex-aminations showing a compelling correlation between illness, bed position and water veins. Humans are not the only ones influenced by water veins. These scientifically unverifiable fields also affect flora and fauna. The entire world of living things can be divided into beings seeking radiation and those fleeing radiation. Things that are harmful to humans seem to be quite agreeable to ants and termites. This explains why ant hills and termite mounds are always found at the cross points of water veins. As mentioned before: he, who does not believe, may start drilling.

Storks only roost on roofs of buildings which are free from harmful water veins. The reverse conclusion is that, from a geopathogen point of view, the residents of that building stand a good chance of living there as happy, fertile and healthy as the stork itself. The stork probably acts out of pure self-interest, but man can benefit from the stork‘s sensitivity and therefore should follow the animal‘s instinct. In a thunderstorm it is advised to stay away from oak trees. The reason is that these trees mostly grow on water veins, and through their deep aquatic root system, they make for good groun-ding material which in turn makes them very appealing to light-ning. Beech trees, on the other hand, are recommended as shelter in a storm. They are identified as organisms which avoid radiation. In case a birch tree, which also avoids radiation, suffers from being in the unfortunate location of a water vein, it will compensate for this by growing a lopsided stem.

When it comes to water veins, it has become impossible to distin-guish between common wisdom and semi-science. We can even find medieval depictions of dowsers on old copper engravings.

Let‘s presume that our ancestor‘s motifs were not esoteric, but of a more practical nature. Modern science has not really brought us any closer to these things, but at the same time, has not detached us any further. Things that were held true in those times, generally still hold true, with or without high-tech equipment.

Although we don‘t have any exact knowledge about water veins (which are an ample description of the general level of awareness) we are convinced of the relevance of this more or less mysterious influence on the residents sitting above them. That is why we treat this topic intensely and with great responsibility. We have excellent contacts to good, respectable dowsers; we trust their abilities and draw the necessary conclusions in respect to our architectural plan-ning. In cases where the crossing of a water vein under a building is unavoidable, we use the technique of field transformation to eliminate possibly harmful influences on our residents.

City Scaling – it all depends on the right location

A common truism in the housing industry echoes what is important in real estate: the location, the location and the location. To phrase it more personally, one could also say: the people, the people and the people. This shows that not only the respective clientele influ-ence the desirability of the property on the market. There may also be a hidden and, more or less, clear connection between customer characteristics and the geographical location.

The initial emphasis of the city scaling surveys carried out in the 1980s was the observation of nature known as “scale invariance” conducted by German and Russian scientists. This means that the characteristics of a system remain constant when change, such as a scaling of the observation parameters, is implemented.

A city seen from a certain distance sometimes seems to be an orga-nism with a morphological structure which is the result of a complex formation- and developing process. At first, nobody will anticipate that such an urban organism, with all its comprehensible and some-times seemingly coincidental characteristics, should follow a higher, unknown organising principle. The city-scaling model contains syste-matic patterns to offer explanations as to why residents show different resonance behaviours, depending on their location. This resonance, which is dependant on the location, is also reflected in the buildings and in the external perception of a locality. In this way, different areas of a city gain a new calculable quality.

It was discovered that statistical distribution structures are shaped by a regularity of logarithmical patterns yet unknown. This applies to distribution structures of any proportion or mass ratio. The rea-son for this phenomenon is the characteristic of Nature to favou-rably vibrate in the same rhythm as the proton resonances. This is not only beneficial energetically; it is also essential in terms of survival. It is remarkable that singular processes, which up to now were believed to be isolated from each other, seem to be intercon-nected by common vibration.

The distribution structures of insects, mammals and plants are being examined. In contrast to all previously attempted explana-tions, Nature seems to follow a certain strategy. It prefers obvi-ously advantageous areas with logarithmical regularity for stati-stical size- and mass distribution. The opposite is also true as less advantageous areas for all species are consequently avoided. In a mathematically definable way, ‚attractive‘ and ‚unattractive‘ are next to each other so esthetically and – at first glance - chaotically, that such simple, natural logic went completely unnoticed for a long time. These distribution laws can clearly be reproduced in many areas of technology and environment and they are not only obviously valid on earth, but in all other parts of the observable universe. Critics usually call this stochastic correlation arbitrary, because one thing has got nothing to do with the other. The term ‚stochastic‘ can be translated from Greek as ‚the art of assuming‘. Our findings, however, are not based on assumptions but on mea-surements.

Page 46: The Six Delicacies in House Building - Gartenheim · 9 VASATI 2.0 A computer-generated advace on reality. The second constrution phase of VASATI 2.0 with 57 apart-ments will commence

46

City Scaling confers this generally perceived natural principle onto the characteristics of a city. According to experience, cer-tain places show certain similar features. It is therefore an obvious consequence to search for regular distribution logic of recurring structures. On observing the spatially structured distribution of characteristics in the building industry daily through the eyes of professional experience, the idea of a higher dimensional, still un-discovered complex logic becomes quite plausible. Sometimes we have been ogling intuitively at such experience patterns, which, much to our pleasure, slipped over existing structures in the form of new universal laws. With equal consequence, these approaches were generally discarded, because they did not comply with our familiar thought concepts.

In order to verify these assumptions, extensive information regar-ding the building industry was collected in a database over many years. The information was then structured according to an object-related distribution of frequency, resulting from the fluctuations in relocations and rental offers. The geographical age distribution of the tenants was also examined. In a substantial project study, mass data analyses proved that the city structure of Hannover is influenced by logarithmical patterns. This was realised by transferring the genera-lised mathematical correlations on a house building-related model. (for further information refer to: www.FraktalDesigner.de).

What does this mean for practical experience? The city-scaling model distinguishes only between geographical characteristics. It does not evaluate what could be interpreted as good or bad by the individual. Residents of a building in a certain area tend to stay in the same place for a longer rental period, whereas in a different

Page 47: The Six Delicacies in House Building - Gartenheim · 9 VASATI 2.0 A computer-generated advace on reality. The second constrution phase of VASATI 2.0 with 57 apart-ments will commence

47

area the rental period can be much shorter. This means that in one area people change their place of residence statistically more often than in other areas.

Certain zones are preferred by older people, others by younger ones. In certain areas, loss of rent is more common than in others; a fact that triggers discussions about the state of socialisation of the respective tenants. All these distributions are not grouped accor-ding to the usual criteria, like, for example, district, traffic situation and architecture. Seen through the eyes of the city-scaling model, a new, almost monocausal distribution logic encases the apparent diversity of life like some kind of a coating and leaves formative moments. These give the appearance of a comparatively delicate but nevertheless quite obtrusive statistical pattern. Predictable differences in distribution of certain regions of up to 50 % are no exception. These theoretical predictions can be substantiated in practical experiences quite easily, which suggests that special at-tention should be paid to the city-scaling zones when choosing a new building plot.

The city-scaling model has so-called green areas, which are cha-racterized by the fact that the predictable parameter related to the house building industry feature long-term beneficial character-istics. These zones are characterised by a life-affirming complexity and laminar stability. Additionally, on the inner borders of these areas, Nature produces new and stable systems.

The VASATI project is being built at just such a rare and precious location.

Rock crystal – a small biological powerhouse

For most people, stones are a rather crude affair. Many see a stone as nothing but a manifestation of geological history, a soulless matter that can be used for house building, paving and other use-ful things. When a stone is quite rare and more precious, its vari-ations in colours or its physical aesthetics give it a certain degree of esteem and make it a collector‘s item, a piece of jewellery or an object of value.

However, stones can be more than just objects of desire. Certain stones are said to have a soul, which can exert a healing influence on the human body. One of these is rose quartz, which is seen as a symbol of love and fertility. In order to illustrate the stone’s human attitude one should pay a visit to one of the numerous minerals and precious stone exchanges or to a bookshop to have a look at the extensive range of books dealing with ‚healing stones‘. Quite surprisingly for some, an unexpected and profound cosmos of en-thusiasm will unfold.

Quartz & Co – on useful providers of energy and information

Pure quartz, also called rock crystal, occupies a special position amongst wondrous healing stones. It has not only the ability to provide protection from harmful radiation; it also relieves headaches and in-flammations, cleans the liver and kidneys and enhances blood circula-tion. This makes it at least as valuable as aspirin. Every household should have one. To accommodate for this, every VASATI apartment is furnished with a dextrorotatory rock crystal.

Different precious and semi-precious stones are seen as small enti-ties which can get into intelligent resonance with the human body. In doing so, they take on regenerative functions, give life power and even help to overcome afflictions.

For each phenomenon in this world, someone is sure to have an explanation. Esoterics state that a kind of electromagnetic envi-ronmental radiation, also called bioplasm or Qi, is concentrated or distributed on the crystal lattice structures of these stones. It is not possible to prove this effect with traditional measuring devices. Precious stones specialists are a bit more ‚sensitive‘ when it comes to this subject. By using dowsing rods and pendulums they can measure the various energetic qualities and characteristics of the stones. For the evaluation and rating of those methods of mea-surement, we refer to the previous chapters to avoid repetition. The healing effects of certain precious stones were already known in ancient Greece and Egypt. In the early Middle Ages, Hildegard von Bingen, the natural scientist and mystic, also dealt with this topic. Even if this is not a scientific argument in the narrower sense, it clearly demonstrates the long historical tradition regarding this matter.

VASATI is most probably the first house building project offering built-in rock crystals as energetic standard equipment in each new apartment. The selected natural crystals will have a maximum height of 15 centimetres and are placed in an alcove protected by a glass panel. To ensure that each apartment‘s crystal can develop its capacities to the fullest, it will be adjusted and permanently placed after its ideal position has been determined. This procedure will be carried out by an experienced radioaesthesist.

Informed quartz sand supports vitalisation

For decades it has been known that quartz sand, respectively quartz flour, can store subtle matter information. We are talking here about biologically-effective information; however the term ‚in-formation‘ should not really be interpreted from a traditional point of view. It is more a placeholder for a field structure we haven‘t yet got any detailed knowledge about. A few years ago the so-called Plocher-Sand gained a certain degree of popularity. By using it, the agricultural yield can be significantly increased without sup-plementing fertilisers, the active principle being the oxygen in-formation transferred through subtle matter. Numerous scientific studies, amongst them those by Professor Bechmann from the ‚future centre‘ in Barsinghausen, near Hannover, support this pro-cedure effectiveness.

The so-called information, no matter how you define it, is transmit-ted by an orgone radiator, whose principle was discovered as early as the 1940´s by Wilhelm Reich. The name Reich, as well as the term orgone, are surrounded by myths and legends in esoteric circles, but this should by no means belie the fact that several tangible results of this research are irrevocably real.

Quartz sand is an excellent carrier for subtle matter healing informa-tion. A special spectrum of this information does not only get our biological organism going, it also neutralises harmful environmental ra-diation. In our VASATI project, we will incorporate it into the plaster and floor pavement during construction. As a result, our residents will have a permanent, effective all-round protection against harmful radiation and effective biological regeneration support.

Again the old empirical phrase regarding the border between kno-wing and believing counts: we don‘t know exactly how and why it works, but we know that it works – something that occurs more often than not in natural science.

According to Professor Vollert from the company bion-tec in Ra-dolfzell at Lake Constance, the procedures known to date can only be used to transfer specific beneficial information into a medium containing quartz. However, the procedure had a weakness. The accompanying particles of unwanted, harmful information were also stored.

After years of research, a method has been found, which not only – as previously thought – transfers certain key information into biologically neutralised quartz flour, but which permanently im-prints information of the entire biophysical spectral range into quartz sand. This has been achieved by using an enhanced and more sophisticated method. The quartz sand, which is impregna-ted respectively structured with compressed information, is then mixed into medically tested, easy-to-handle silicon pads. These can be worn directly on the body for therapeutical purposes. According bion-tec´s model representation, the information supports the ac-cumulation of free bions in the atmosphere. Bions are energetic fields, or units, which, according to Reich‘s theory, keep all our life processes going and are also responsible for the perpetuation and regeneration of biological organisms.

Page 52: The Six Delicacies in House Building - Gartenheim · 9 VASATI 2.0 A computer-generated advace on reality. The second constrution phase of VASATI 2.0 with 57 apart-ments will commence

52

So far, so good. With what we know today, the theoretical back-ground can neither be generally proved nor disproved. Something we fortunately do have is a series of substantive positive expe-riences with the bion-tec method in medical practice. Bion-tec applications can soothe diverse pain symptoms in a very short time. Regenerative processes, like the healing of an abrasion, can be effectively and visibly supported. Bion-tec refers to cases where measurements showed a considerable reduction in free radicals and a change in the patient’s pH-values. Thermal-imaging cameras, which show changes in the profile of skin temperature, are a very good means to illustrate how bion-tec applications directly affect the organism.

Can something good be overdosed? Why take a pain reliever when there is no pain? These are legitimate questions regarding the per-manent use of our ‚information sand‘ in plaster and floor pavement in the VASATI apartments. One possible answer is analogous to the application of vitamin C. When taken according to the motto ‚more is better‘, a modest overdosing of the vitamin is innocuous and effectless, as the body only takes what is needed. A surplus that cannot be processed by metabolism is simply egested. Unlike material thinking, we do not administer active ingredients, we do not override the body‘s own regulator circuits. We only provide per-manent information. And now for the second answer: information providing biologically effective regeneration support has no effect on the body as long as the organism is balanced and healthy.

We can read a newspaper over and over again. The information contained is not getting any better, but it is also not getting any worse. Only if there is an individual deficit can the information have an effect. This is true for the newspaper and the quartz sand.

It is like a leitmotif in our lives: what we need is the right kind of information, at the right time and in the right place.

On the sympathies of a wall – everything tone in tone

The topics climate and energy saving are the focuses of discussion in the media worldwide. Every consumer and every institution is at a psychological two-front war: we have to save the world from apocalypse by stopping the ruthless and ineffective overexploita-tion of our primary energy resources; and, secondly, the prices of energy are ever-increasing. The latter is a problem made by people and markets as a result of shortage and greed. Although it is an ar-tificial problem, it is still inescapable. Saving the world is a concept which certainly flatters the noble-mindedness of each individual. Seen from a practical point of view, this staged presentation in the name of profit is much rather a deliberate short-term control device of consumer behaviour. (Annotation: It is correct that currently the

Building materials play more than just a major role

Saving energy is fashionable, but there is also a desire for comfort. If we want to realise both simultaneously in house building, we now-adays have to compromise between the technical and the financial side of things. It is the same situation as in automotive engineering: to go without certain minimum comfort - which nowadays is at a high level - is unacceptable to the consumer. This profoundly contradicts the idea of energy saving. To continue with this example, we have to frankly admit that VASATI has its place in an upmarket segment of a selective, noble brand. We meet many requirements with a choice of top quality materials. A massive wall construction with a thickness of 60 centime-tres, made from traditional clay material is, as an aspect of an optimum compromise, the most sustained and ultimate decision one can make as a solid base for a new building project.

average temperature on earth is rising. Yet, we overestimate our real influence on this cyclical natural development immensely. In any case, opposed to the customary threats of apocalyptic logic, proclaimed to the sound of trumpets, the much quoted CO2 has got nothing to do with it.)

Many things seem to be a bit paradoxical when looked at with some scrutiny. For example, the appeal to the house building in-dustry to improve the insulation of houses seems to be coupled with the expectation that the owner will accept the factual long-term economic inefficiency out of ethical obedience. On top of that, the state subsidised (and still subsidises) the use of dubious materials in the absence of a much quoted sustainability to the be-nefit of the lobbyists. For the refurbishment of buildings, polysterol, better known under its product name Styrofoam, is regarded as an adequate insulant and, with a thickness of up to 40 centimetres, is glued onto existing walls. At first glance, the insulation capacity and the processing technologies of this group of materials com-pletely meet their goals. At a second glance, and from today‘s point of view, this group of materials should be declared as special refuse after its installation. Even in terms of durability, polysterol belongs to the more perishable building materials.

We gladly accept the slight risk of fouling our own nest to point out that in house building, the understanding of the materials is com-plex and is also subject to constant change in its value perception. Not only are the hard facts of a material crucial, such as measur-able health factors, but emotions shape feelings towards building materials as well. A brick wall expresses a totally different kind of sensualism than a wall made from concrete, even when superfi-cially there is little difference after plastering.

We have written much about things we don‘t do. Choosing ade-quate wall construction is one of the most elementary decisions in building. It is important to balance reasons between structu-ral engineering and the biological characteristics of materials on one side and between the processing and the costs on the other. For our project VASATI 2.0, we have decided in favour of a solid construction using vertically perforated bricks. These bricks, which are also known under their brand names, for example Poroton, solely consist of naturally baked clay. An inner substratum provides static stability. An outer wall section is filled with volcanic perlite, a natural granulate, and guarantees a high degree of insulation.

For the finish on the walls we use a lime plaster with the brand name Rotkalk, which is very beneficial for room climate. It not only creates an ideal room climate due to its breathable characteristics, but can also absorb contaminants from room air. A support of the well-being on the subtle matter level is achieved by mixing in ad-ditional informed quartz sand (see page 50). On the outer façades, mineral plasters facilitate a broad spectrum of high-quality colour designs on a silicate basis.

A solid wall construction of baked clay bricks has considerable phy-sical advantages, such as good thermal and acoustic insulation, an ideal regulation of room humidity and an almost complete ab-sorption of electromagnetic pollution, which belongs to the dense matter level. The soft advantages, like cosiness and pleasant room climate, are part of the perception qualities on a different level. These are, nevertheless, crucial for the effect. Walk in and you im-mediately feel it.

Colours – more than just gravy for the soul

People‘s ability to differentiate between colours by far surpasses the necessity of the dull prey and nourishment pattern, created by Nature. For quite some time we haven‘t had any natural enemies, apart from ourselves. One could assume that this is the reason why our colour senses were able to develop so unconcernedly into creative dimensions. The mere ‚receptor‘, the human eye, is not even very big or high-performance in compa-rison to elephant- or eagle eyes. Compared to humans, a monkey has no distinctive disadvantage due to his ‚physical pixel depth‘. However, it will find the subtle shades in the yellow of a banana probably quite irrelevant. This means that the world of colours evolves in our brains after the physical primary stimulus, and so the colouring process actually is an intellectual achievement. The process of initially colourless photon vibrations which ‚hit the eye‘ is the same for everybody.

When talking about colours, we usually think of a visual perception, evoked by receptors in our retina. With the help of these specialised, light-sensitive sense cells, we can subjectively distinguish and enjoy colours with great analogy. The wave spectrum we see and which is, in terms of its technical characteristics, initially colourless, lies between 380 nm and 760 nm. In our brain it is transformed into the familiar colours of the rainbow, from violet to red. Thus the biophysical background of colour vision would be explained roughly in short words, if it wasn‘t for the experiments carried out with blind people. On being lead into different-coloured rooms, they were able to clearly distinguish between them. Obviously, there is more to the effect of colours on our organism than just the eye- as a primary sense organism - can convey.

Our brain permanently balances, compensates and corrects co-lour information, so it maintains its meaning in the context of our lives. A red tomato, for example, looks even juicier in the twilight, although it should appear greyish. We permanently compare received colour stimuli with our colour memory and draw the most complex physiological conclusions. When a certain colour or colour combination catches us, our perceived parameters like appetite, nausea, cheeriness, mood or serenity can spontaneous-ly change. Colours are also associated in certain cultural contexts. Whereas gold never appears cheap, green soothes our environ-mental conscience. In western civilization, black is ascribed to sad circumstances; in Japan, this applies to white.

In this country, colours are connected to values and moods and to some degree we are unaware of it. For us, they are important and versatile and an embodiment of our personality. Of all items in every day life, this applies the most to our clothing and to our car. In the region we live in, the colour scheme of a building remains more in the background of the different possibilities of expression. The choice of colours mainly symbolizes solidity, honesty and robust-ness and rarely virtues like zest for life, enjoyment or differentiation. In order to avoid provocation, we rather choose a ‚nice grey‘ or a ‚tasteful beige‘, maybe even a bit of ‚sunny yellow‘ or earthy co-lours, like ‚umber‘ or ‚mud‘, but more often than not a ‚slightly tinted white‘. In respect to colours, the tendency in Hannover is rather conservative and reserved. If there are colours to be spotted in the cityscape, they are frequently the echo of a plump tawdriness.

There is a new challenge in house building: using accentuated co-lours and simultaneously incorporating an esthetical value and a formal unique position. It is an unfortunate fact that the usual co-

lour fans of the conventional industrial paints offer a broad range of crème and pastel for exterior paints, but news regarding the above mentioned requirements is not to be expected. In the tradi-tional technical sense, paint has to be produced with near-natural pigments. Synthetic colours have a lot of features but they cannot convey a feeling of authenticity and impression. These thoughts inevitably lead to two new challenges. First, the ‚right‘ colours and pigments have to be found and, secondly, a person must be found who is well-versed in this matter. For our VASATI project we were able to get Professor Thomas Kesseler on board to do counselling regarding colours and paints. In 2007, Professor Kesseler impressed the Kestner Museum in Hannover with a large exhibition on the topic colour.

As can be depicted from our computer-generated picture on page 9, the prevailing colours of our buildings will be violet-blue, yellow and green. Taking the risk that the mere mention of those colours might initiate confusion and concern; we would like to appeal to the trust in the experience of the artist. VASATI 2.0 offers the unique chance to upgrade an exposed urban location, which features a high attentiveness, especially in the context of the existing housing development areas. We know from our own experience that it takes some time to understand new colour concepts and this is only possible when the definite colours with their original pigments and their technical structure have been applied to the object.

When reading literature on colours, one frequently comes across tabular classifications regarding generally accepted associations, which are the same for a large number of beholders. Colours nearly always trigger complimentary moods and Nature, wittily,

has not determined right or wrong colours. Yellow, for example, is connected to positive moods like light, cheeriness and joy but also to knowledge, wisdom, reason and logic. In cases where the hue gets a little bit ‚dirty‘, the backdoor of perception is open to deception, vindictiveness, pessimism, egotism, penuriousness and envy. Violet-blue is to many the colour of inspiration, mysticism, art, beauty, trust and piety. But this colour can also come across as proud, arrogant and a bit immoral.

A nice light ‚crème colour‘ with small brown applications appears to be somewhat like a proper lunchtime dish with potatoes. One is familiar with the dish one is eating. There is no need to change anything in life and one feels at home everywhere. This, however, leads to a certain exchangeability; some like it that way, others prefer a more individual approach. The colour design of our new premium project demands inner preoccupation and extended knowledge – in the best sense - from resident and beholder. Iden-tity, commitment and branding are the ensuing effects. It will be fun to ‚show off one‘s colours‘, so to speak.

Efficient micro organisms – unexpected little helpers from the sub-world

The use of efficient micro organisms, abbreviated to ‚EM‘, has been a widespread practice, not only in agriculture, but also in private houses. EM is based on a discovery of the Japanese agricultural scientist Professor Teruo Higa. In the 1970s he found that with a certain mix of micro organisms, consisting mainly of lactobacilli, yeasts and non-purple sulphur bacteria, putrefaction in agriculture could be reversed into vital processes. He classified all microbes as positive, negative and opportunistic exponents. As soon as his positive mix of microbes, added to a decomposition process, ex-ceeds a critical threshold value, the mass of followers, which had been influenced by the negative microbes, aligns with the positive ones and the regeneration process starts. (Annotation: The logic prevailing in the world of microbes does not seem to be too diffe-rent from ours).

Micro organisms, also called microbes, are monocellular entities with their own metabolism. Although these small beings are stigmatized with a hint of uncleanliness and disease, they can be found in Nature in large numbers as permanent and very useful companions. Efficient micro organisms are a productive selection of busy, symbiotic helpers, which can assist in the prevention of mould and putrefaction in damp bathrooms. The built-in vibration information of these microbes can be nothing but beneficial when included in the wall plaster of a bathroom.

To reassure you, I would like to mention that an overdose of good microbes is not actually possible. A practical application of this discovery is the mild and chemistry-free household cleaning and the gentle neutralisation of odours. By adding a shot of activated microbes to cleaning water, everything is effectively cleaned and almost by itself.

A further discovery in the application of EM is the fact that the effect of the mix of microbes, when previously added to clay, is conserved in baked ceramic. Although baked in the oven at more than 1,000 degrees Celsius, the ceramic, respectively the ground ceramic powder, still permanently contains the intended informa-tion spectrum of the productive microbes. A ceramic stone ma-nufactured in this way prevents electric kettles from calcifying and considerably prolong the usability of ceramic pipes in containers storing drinking water.

This ceramic powder will be added to the wall plaster we will use for bathroom walls in our new buildings. In doing so, we support with natural means, an appropriate dampness regulation and a pleasantly scented environment. This is especially important due to the expected variance in the degree of dampness. One could put it this way: problems will be “nipped in the bud.”

Many aspects have been collected regarding the topic Sixth Sense, which should enable the reader to get an overview on this vast field. The résumé hitherto could be: The facts are yet to be esta-blished.

Behind this there is not the least bit of resignation; only the open discussion about knowledge and belief, respectively the reaction, when both intersect. For those seeing the world in black and white, difficult times have dawned. Simple minds and the traditionalists among the “realistic” might as well be left believing that there is nothing to worry about. We will also not succeed in bringing “the peculiar ones among the esoterics” to terms with soberly resear-ched facts. They assume that behind all this is a cleverly devised cosmic concept or they cultivate a permanent state of bliss and wisdom or they simply make good money by pretending. It com-plies with the usual experience that when someone is searching intensely for meaning, this phase is usually coupled with a higher readiness to find happiness and fulfilment in the surreal world. In this phase, earthbound realists emerge as their natural enemies, sometimes exerting know-it-all attitudes and mockery. This atti-

Our new building project VASATI 2.0 is peppered with a plethora of un-usual topics, of which we are convinced do the residents a lot of good in respect of their quality of life. Belief does not play a very big role in the end. After all, the ideas behind Sixth Sense Living do not embody an ideology, but – to put it figuratively - the filling of a pillow to rest on.

Sixth Sense Living – Energetic house building

tude makes them extremely insensitive to the subtle matter levels of life.

To suggest a middle road that is constructive and at the same time reconciliatory for both sides, is certainly an ambitious challenge, as there are good and compelling arguments for the opposing viewpoints. However, what lies between knowing and believing is usually certainty. Although the church also claims this level for itself, this is an elegant and respectable way out towards a new centre with the ability to find consensus.

To be sure to know that there is more to this world than we can measure and comprehend, corresponds to a realistic and modern attitude.

After all these theoretical stimulations, it seems that nothing is bet-ter than experiencing this for yourselves. We are looking forward to your own perceptions as new VASATI tenants.

When searching for objective verification, one method of self-aware-ness has proved to be quite impressive and plausible. I am talking here about the kinesiological muscle test. Something that cannot be mea-sured with an instrument can be experienced through our own physical reactions. It takes two people to carry out such a test and the person giving the test should be technically well-trained. The person tested does not need to have any previous knowledge. In the worst case, this person can inwardly refuse the test, but without a conscious resistance against it, the test will unfold spontaneous self-experiences. To start the test, the holding force of the outstretched arm of the person being te-

sted has to be measured at a previously determined, neutral spot. This is done by the second person trying to push the arm down by applying an even force. In order for both people to get a feeling for the present average holding force of the arm, this calibration procedure has to be carried out several times. When the test person moves a few steps and stands directly on a water vein, there will be such a definite decrease in the holding force of the arm during the next test that even onlookers will be surprised by the difference. The test person will realise immediately that there is no chance to influence the muscles. On returning to the original spot, the holding force returns to its original strength. One does not need to find arguments from the area of sub-jective misapprehensions for or rather against a kinesiological muscle test. Anybody, who has done the test, knows that the body is obviously a part of the invisible fields and energies it is integrated in. There are diverse variations of this dependable muscle test and it can be used for all sorts of purposes, like, for example, the testing for incompatibilities in food and pharmaceutical products. Ask your doctor, pharmacist or alternative practitioner.

Maybe Nature had something in mind. Initially, a healthy, normal person does not need consciously reflected extra-sensory percep-tions to lead a down-to-earth life. In an evolutionary process that has been going on for thousands of years, we have been optimised in order to survive and develop. Part of this is that Nature has deve-loped very efficient filter devices for our perception sensors, which make life possible in the first place. If we could see, hear, feel and perceive everything exceeding our limited radius of existence, we would drown in a flood of data, information and stimuli in no time at all. It is due to this relative limitation that sometimes we have the chance to be unconcerned and happy.

On the injustice of extrasensory perceptions and what is good about it.

Actually, the most important things have been said. The considerable explanations regarding Sixth Sense Living will most probably have left some questions open and some unusual conceptions untouched. As a little bonus we offer a few brief answers to the questions nobody has asked. Why don‘t people have the same ability to grasp extrasensory things? Alleged virtuosi and innocent philistines now sit in the same boat, mutually suspicious of each other. If the one party wasn’t so definitely sure that they are surrounded by complete darkness and the other party would not at times mistake enlightenment for infatuation, PSI would not be a factor of envy or hate and all could benefit from it.

70

Without these filters we would fall victim to self-destruction due to overstraining. This is our blueprint. But in the course of life, we change. I am not talking about superficial wrinkles or sporadic grey hair, but about illnesses, accidents, life crises and hormonal changes, which are inevitable to all of us. Our extra-sensory filter system rarely gets influenced by continual changes. This usual-ly happens through unplanned leaps in the biography of our life. Triggered by an intensive crisis, a lot of people‘s disposition for extra-sensory perception gets stimulated. A severe accident or se-rious illnesses, maybe even an involuntary near-death experience play very important roles in the spontaneous appearance of extra-sensory abilities. It makes no difference if we talk about a beneficial opening-up in a spiritual sense or of exhaustion or a failure of the filter system in a biomechanical sense.

There are also many graphic examples of people carrying brilliant inborn structures, which can be attributed to paranormal senso-ry properties. On the other hand, there is a highly visible, distinct mutation, respectively a fault, in these people‘s filter system. Not everybody would have liked to swap lives with Mozart, who was able to download entire symphonies from the cosmos but died an untimely death as a result of his own inability for life. An autistic person can memorize a substantial telephone book in no time, but is unable to order a pizza.

Page 71: The Six Delicacies in House Building - Gartenheim · 9 VASATI 2.0 A computer-generated advace on reality. The second constrution phase of VASATI 2.0 with 57 apart-ments will commence

71

The normal adult in the prime of his life usually has no conscious access to the field layers of subtle matter, as his entire filter systems work immaculately and therefore he is denied access for his own good.

People who are perfectly adjusted by Nature cannot experience anything extrasensory and so they are completely convinced that these things don‘t exist. We should therefore be glad that the majo-rity of people are of this opinion, despite the by-products regarding the paranormal.

Although we can unknowingly blend out the perception of subtle matter energy levels, we cannot negate their existence. Everybody is, and will be integrated into, these information and energy fields that are invisible to our five senses. Just wait and see – there is still a lot to happen!
