SBA implementation survey (2009 and 2010) with key selected issues/questions

around 3 key priorities: Access to finance, Better regulation and Access to Markets.

SBA implementation survey 2010 example questions:

• Has your government implemented measures to encourage credit institutions/banks

not to restrict the availability of credit to SMEs during the year 2010?

• Has your government introduced new and/or alternative support measures to

facilitate SMEs’ access to finance in 2010?

• Has your government implemented measures to tackle late payments from business

to business and from public administration to business?

• Has your government set a target to reduce administrative burdens on businesses?
