Mortgage Credit Certificates (MCC) may be just the ticket you’ve been looking for to help you qualify foryour next home purchase! Designed as a means of providing housing assistance to families of low and moderateincome, the MCC reduces the amount of federal income tax you pay, thus giving you the ability to qualify fora mortgage loan and assist you with house payments.
