Individual Fidelity Bonds to Employers • Record of arrest, conviction, or imprisonment • History of alcohol or drug abuse • Lack of employment history • Dishonorable discharge • Poor credit history

Each bond is for $5,000 coverage for six-months at no charge to employers

Requirements for Coverage

Before worker can be covered:

• Firm job offer• Full-time work (at least 30 hours)• Permanent job (at least 6
