ConclusionConclusion
• International exchange is to learn the system and culture of foreign countries and bring them to their own country.
• Having the relationships and teacher-pupil relations to people who have got along in the on-site countries, the study abroad, in the long term, will contribute to stability and prosperity of the on-site community by leading to a result mitigating conflicts and prejudices among nations and races.
• The success or failure of Korean study abroad policy is greatly influenced not only bilateral business, academic and cultural exchanges in the future, also Korean security, industrial revitalization, the source of labor, the academic development of universities, the financial stabilization and the internationalized consciousness inspiration of Korean students.
• When we make them of warm admirers of Korea as we manage excellent foreign students in Korea well, after returning their own countries and then becoming the leaders of their society, they can help their policy decision toward Korea to be able to apply to our advantage.
• On the other hand, when we don’t manage foreign students well in Korean universities, they can become hostile toward Korea and constrict our position in the world
• Now, I think we need to establish a long-term policy not attracting foreign students to just improve management and be full capacity in local universities
• We should attract foreign students from Southeast Asia to cultivate talented personnel in preparation for FTA and regional
• It is more important to create the future value than to make a short-sighted
