To register, please call the Center by Friday noon the week before the program. Beginning this month!! The first program is Thursday, January 26 th from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. at McCauley Hall The first program will be lead by Carol Haynes on “What We Eat: How to Make Better Choices” This program will focus on cutting out fats and sugars from your diet without cutting out the foods you like! Carol teaches food safety, nutrition, and smart shopping. She is a SCNEP Program Assistant housed in Franklin County. If you plan to attend the Education Series class, please RSVP to Chelsea Wingate by January 19 th by email, [email protected] or by phone, 540-483-1518.
