Radisson Testimonial To whom it may Concern. We had the pleasure of working with Andrew and The Ozone Company to design and install an Ozone system in our Laundry department. We started out with little knowledge other than these systems were supposedly a great way at reducing the chemical use and reducing the gas to heat the water needed to get our linens clean and up to the high standards we need and expect. The Ozone Company were fantastic and very easy to work with. Both the install and the follow up have been amazing. Our chemical vendor was resistant to change the chemical settings and told us that was just hype. We continued to urge the vendor to work with us and lower the settings but they kept telling us it wouldn’t work with less. Finally we had to get Andrew to come in and meet with myself, our head of Housekeeping and the vendor to get the chemical levels lowered. We started out with 10 percent reduction and noticed no difference in cleanliness. We did however see a substantial savings in chemical use. We lowered it another 5 percent and we still are getting great results. We may try another lowering soon but at 15 percent reduction in chemical use we are ecstatic to say the least. Since the installation of the Ecowash ozone laundry system we have seen tremendous savings on our utility bills, our gas has been reduced between 2,500 – 3,000 therms per month (based on previous use to current use) saving nearly $2,000 a month. Our water/sewer savings are in the neighborhood of $700 to $800 per month. We have also lowered our water storage tank temperature from 155 to 125 degrees and have still all the hot water we need in other areas do to less usage in laundry. This not only saves us energy, it adds to the life of the boilers by running so much less each day. That and the lower chemical costs we are saving much more than we were told we would. What a great surprise! Given all the information above our only regret is that we didn’t do this install sooner. Our ROI was less than one year and we have not had to replace or repair anything on the ozone system. Our laundry quality is much better, they feel much softer, we use less chemicals, our energy bills have gone down, our equipment life is extended and we couldn’t be happier with the equipment or with the service Andrew has given us.
