►Support facilities are the airport’s stepchildren – “look at our beauitiful new terminal!”

►But the “Airport Machine” needs all its parts functioning to run well.

► In over 1,100 pages of the two premier airport planning texts, updated in 2010 and 2011, nearly no mention of support facilities, and no planning methodology for those facilities.
