About The OrchardThe Orchard is conveniently located near to Banbury Town Centre with many shops, bars and restaurants. The Orchard is a small development of just 16 two and three bedroom family homes, with various different designs creating an interesting street scene around a central courtyard. • Applicants household income must be less than £60,000
