PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE 1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Tokomairiro High

School Board of Governors Notice 1974. (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of

June 1974. 2. The Board of Governors 'Of Tokomairiro High School

shall be constituted as follows:

(a) One member appointed by the Otago Education Board; (b) Five members elected by the parents of pupils attend­

ing the school; (c) Two members elected by the members 'of the school
