The music legend Quincy Jones’ first ever bar, Q’s is Dubai’s most desirable venue for live

entertainment. This purpose-built venue with living room-like space features performances from an

ever-changing schedule of acts featuring next generation stars, directed by Quincy himself.

Please note that our standard single serving size for spirits is 50ml and our selection of spirit and

wine range changes quite regularly, with new products arriving all the time. If the product you are

looking for does not appear on this list, please ask your server if we hold it. All spirits are available

as bottle serves and come with up to eight mixers of your choice.

The Management of Q's Bar and Lounge requests that conversations be kept to a minimum and cell

phones are silenced during performances out of respect for the musicians and fellow guests.

Crafted with creativity and the finest ingredients to appeal to all senses, our vibrant bespoke cocktails are inspired

by the legendary achievements of Quincy Jones.

The Dude 110

One of Q’s best works was 1981’s “The Dude”, earning multiple Grammy awards and adding something

beautiful to the music world.

This cocktail is an intoxicating concoction of Chivas 12 y whisky and Campari, soulfully blended with

orgeat and Angostura bitters with a citric note of Persian lime.

Body Heat 90

1974 saw the birth of another great work. “Body Heat” featured many new comers and still held a high

position in pop charts proving the quality of Q’s skill.

Presenting elegance in a glass, pepped with Chivas 12 y whisky, muddled with fresh Granny Smith and

apricot jam. It is then shaken vigorously with fresh lemon juice, apricot brandy and egg white for a

foamy potion.

Smackwater Jack 140

For those who appreciate the timeless Espresso, we give you a take on the classic espresso Martini

with a revolutionary touch. Ron Zacapa 23 Rum is shaken vigorously with Kahlua, Frangelico, Arabica

coffee, dulce du leche and finished with perfumed mandarin zest.



Mellow Madness 130

This album from 1975 featured the madly talented “The brothers Johnson” who went on to work with Q

for many years to come. The collaboration cemented a future of brilliant music together.

A symphony of madness with a heavenly combination of Absolut Elyx luxury vodka, passionfruit and

fresh green apples, fluffed up with Ruinart brut Champagne.

As the producer of one of the hottest sitcoms of all time, Quincy keeps it fresh…

Off The Wall 125

The first Michael Jackson album, released in 1979 and accomplishing the phenomenal 20 million

sales and topping numerous charts across the globe.

Lose yourself in the decadent luxury of Hennessy Cognac and Ruinart Brut Champagne,

poignantly combined with saffron infused heather honey, a splash of lime and egg white

served with a mist of Angostura orange bitters.



Vibe 85

As the founder of the entertainment magazine giant, Vibe, Quincy has always been hip to Pop culture’s newest

trends.

Successfully creating the vibe with a sophisticated blend of Beefeater 24 gin, Carpano Antica formula and

Campari, this very long and extremely refreshing swizzle is a fitting tribute to the classic Negroni.

Quintessence 95

A 1960s pan European tour of Q’s orchestra “Quintessence” proved to be one of the most challenging periods

in Q’s life, placing Q under immense pressure and resulting in massive personal growth.

Magnificently capturing the essence of Hennessy Cognac, sweetened slightly with our

finest Port and a hint of Galliano shaken together with mint, sugar and Angostura bitters.

Thriller 90

The highest selling Album of all time. During the recording of this album, the session got so intense

one of the speakers caught fire, proving how hot this album is and always will be.

In the spirit of heat, we present; Del Maguey Mezcal and Galliano shaken with Caribbean falernum

with a touch of homemade chili-sugar and aromatic bitters.



Roots 90

Quincy composed the theme to the dramatically successful miniseries, Roots, in 1977. The series began as a

predicted flop, but ended up as a timeless hit, and the production and story has inspired filmmakers for generations.

Proudly presenting a cocktail which is composed of ingredients that represent Quincy’s roots,

African Amarula cream, homemade-spiced vodka and African Rooibos chai syrup, make for a taste of

Africa.

Walking in Space 395

A celebration of contemporary big band Jazz at the time, this 1969 album showcased Quincy’s love of horn

splendor and rhythmic sophistication.
