The person featured in this slideshow is my nephew. He passed away in June 2007. A couple months later I began constructing a photo book for his mother (my sister). The photos I used were taken approximately a year before his untimely death. One photo in particular was shot from a long distance. I decided to use the zoom feature on my computer to get a closer look at his face. What I discovered appearing next to him was simply astonishing. Subsequently, I began showing numerous people the photo without revealing any background info, circumstances of death etc...I simply asked: "What do you see next to the young man?" Almost unanimously the answers were: "The face of Jesus or something resembling it." Since its discovery, this phenomenon has deeply touched and changed the lives of many for the better. After seeing the photo many have returned to their faith after a long absence, or are committing themselves for the first time. Even those who are not believers, but sincerely objective, are at minimum amazed at the anomaly. The image/power point has not been modified in any way, only the zoom feature has been utilized for close-up representation. Also note, the photo was taken in natural flat lighting and no shadowing appears, eliminating any possibility of unnatural visual distortion.
