#LiveOutLoud!

“#LOL! (#LiveOutLoud!)” is a Teen Development Initiative of CONNOISSEUR CONSULTS designed

as a functional network of teenagers of high school and post-high school age who are

committed to the maximum expression of their potentials regardless of challenges they face.

The vision of the #LOL initiative is to inculcate a passionate drive for Entrepreneurship and Social Development in teenagers through encouraging them to not only dream up entrepreneurial and

social development ventures, but also strategically showing them how to turn their

unique talents and natural giftings into functional ventures.

Most teenagers feel largely neglected in the

scheme of things. Empowerment programs and

capacity building programs are mostly

organized for youths or children, thus leaving

this very important component of the society

without credible platforms for expression and

capacity building.

Typically, teenagers loaded with awesome

talents and potentials would prefer to hold back

all the great stuff they are capable of doing with

the mindset that their future is distant, not

knowing that their future has already begun,

and that the time to unveil and unbundle their

potentials in entrepreneurship and social

development is now.

We have an entire suite of

strategically designed modules

that effectively teach young

people the rudiments of

ENTREPRENEURSHIP and

SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT as

well as taking responsibility

within their communities as

agents of change.

These resources are

accompanied with multimedia

and hardcopy materials.

HOW Our arrangement allows room for

flexibility in content delivery.

This means that for a 3day stretch

we would cover a significant

number of these areas.

We usually allow organizations

choose the focus areas that matter

most to their situation with

consideration to the length of time

given for effective content

delivery.

Once the selection is made, we will

then create an action plan to fit

within the time allotted.
