Upon arrival at Queen Alia International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a representative at Royal Jordanian’s transit desk, who will guide you on your tour through Amman. The capital of Jordan, Amman is a fascinating city of contrasts with a unique blend of old and new, ideally situated on a hilly area between the desert and fertile Jordan Valley.Start your tour of Amman by visiting the Citadel (Jabal Al-Qala’a) for an unparalleled view of the downtown area. The Citadel sits on the highest hill in Amman and is the sight of ancient Rabath-Ammon. Artifacts dating back from the Bronze Age show that the hill was a fortress and agora.

Then you can pass by the archeological museum, the stunning Roman Theater and the museum of traditional culture for an overview of unique Jordanian heritage. The Roman Theatre was built during the reign of Antonius Pius (138-161 CE) and could seat about 6,000 people. Afterwards, you’ll pass by the majestic King Abdullah Mosque with its radiant blue dome.

Start your tour of Madaba by visiting the Archeological Museum, where you will experience antiquity like no other. Then you will pass by the Archeological Park, which the Romans created as a typical provincial town, with colonnaded streets, fine temples, large water cisterns and a town wall.

Marvel at the beauty of the Church of St. George the Baptist, home of the oldest mosaic map known to exist. The first mosaics were discovered purely by chance during the building of the new permanent dwellings using squared-up stones from the old monuments. You will then have free time to shop in the traditional local markets. After finishing your tour of Madaba, you will head to Mount Nebo, mentioned in the Bible as the place where Moses was granted a view of the Promised Land that he would never enter. The view from the summit provides a panorama of the Holy Land and, to the north, a more limited one of the Jordan River valley.

After your amazing visit to Mount Nebo, you will head to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth, which is without a doubt one of the world’s most amazing destinations.

The leading attraction at the Dead Sea is the warm, soothing, super salty water rich with magnesium, sodium, potassium, bromine and several other soothing salts and minerals. The unusually warm, incredibly buoyant and mineral-rich waters have attracted visitors since ancient times. Experience the stimulating mud and float effortlessly on your back while soaking up the water's healthy minerals along with the gently diffused rays of the Jordanian sun.

Embrace the beauty of the Dead Sea while enjoying a swim at a private beach at the Dead Sea Spa Hotel, followed by a delicious lunch. You will then visit the Panoramic Complex which offers some breathtaking views, especially on a crisp day in winter when the Judaea Mountains across the water seem just an arm’s stretch away.

You will then visit the Dead Sea Museum, which will introduce you to the physical and chemical characteristics of the Dead Sea, while highlighting the relationship between the Dead Sea and human beings, in an attempt to promote the conservation and protection of the area. The full story of the Dead Sea is relayed with the use of panels, videos, and models to help clarify the conservation needs of the Dead Sea.

The difference between the Dreamliner’s cabin and other aircraft is absolutely staggering, and that feeling of personal space continues as you take your seat, giving you more space to stretch out in every direction. Simply boarding the Dreamliner will forever change your expectations of onboard luxury and aircraft design.

With huge, dynamically dimming windows 65% larger than industry average and 6 LED lighting schemes that change throughout each flight, the experience is simply more relaxing and comfortable in a very noticeable way. After flying on board the Dreamliner, it is clear that many of its innovations must be seen to be believed. To truly appreciate the marvel, you need to step on board, breathe its air, admire its design and indulge in its comfort – in other words, to experience the dream firsthand.
