GM Center of Learning (CoL) was interested in two gamification platforms.• CoL engaged GP to create a structured
pilot to evaluate the two platforms side-by-side
• The goal was to identify which platform would be a better means to deliver gamified microLearning to dealerships to drive engagement and completion
• Both platforms succeeded, but ultimately failed in that they didn’t drive adoption
• It was determined that gamification alone, would not drive adoption. That a more comprehensive solution was required that leverages gamification as an element of a broader program
