Information & Health TipsFem21 can be used safely by most women, from puberty around 12 years old through to post-menopause. Dose can be adjusted more or less for weight. The standard dose (1 scoop) is based on a 50-60kg woman. If needed you may increase dose up to 2 per day in times of extra hormonal activity (mid-cycle and the week before or during a period). It is recommended that Fem21 is used for a minimum of 3 months, however it can be safely taken long term to maintain good health. It’s important to give your body time to heal and rebalance both hormonally and physically. The length of time in which this happens is different for everyone and may involve temporary changes in your cycle or symptoms as your body adjusts. Detoxification symptoms commonly arise short term where you may feel worse before you feel better. This is normal and beneficial as your body and hormones are re-balancing, metabolising and clearing. Know that this phase will pass and on the other side of this stage you’ll be looking, feeling and functioning like a new, vital woman.
