BIAS was found in Bursa in 2007 in order to serve

the growing needs of group companies’ foreign trade

businesses. Bursa is one of the biggest cities of

TURKEY intensified in FOOD, TEXTILE AND

AUTOMOTIVE industries.

BIAS is acting as international representative of its

production companies in Frozen Food, Textile and

Construction sectors. Besides, BIAS holds

distributorship of 2 machinery companies within

Turkish market

BIAS FOOD : Family company BIDAS AS Has

started frozen fruit and vegetable production in 1975

and became one of the first factories in Frozen Food

in Turkey .

Factory is built on 25.000m² land with its modern

premises and coldstores.

Due to our utmost care about quality and production,

We are in the supply chain of various multinational

companies.

We are serving to the industries of yogurt, ice-

cream, fruit preparations, pizza producers, ready

meal producers, packers etc…

We produce frozen foodstuff in Bulk or retail

packagings.

BIAS attends to international food fairs such as

ANUGA in order to support marketing and sales

activites of the factory.

Therefore becomes up to date about customer and

industry needs.

Continuous quality improvement allows the

company to show progress in R&D investments and

activities. This is the company’s key to success since

30 yeards.

Total Quality Management is accepted as a basic

principle to ne maintained in the facility. There fore

EFSIS, BRC, Kosher, ISO 9001:2000 , HACCP

system are well maintained in the factory

With this concept and understanding, quality system

is based on analytical thinking according to

evaluative data and preventive quality concepts

IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) Fruits and

Vegetables are produced in line with EU enactments

and quality norms

All of the frozen foodstuff are produced and packed

to maximize the nutritional values

Raw material, used water and finished products’

physical and microbiologicak analysis are made on

site labaratories. Whereas pesticide residue and

heavy metal analysis are made in official

labaratories in Turkey and abroad.

Our factory accepting the continuous development,

reflects her sensitivity on nature to her production

stages.

Premises are built flexible to maintain all of the

necessities and need for production of every kind of

fruits and vegetables. Preimises has all the necessary

machinery equipment including blanched

vegetables.

Our aim is to produce reliable products that satisfies

customers’ quality and cost expextations in full

In order to achieve this we invest in human capital

and sustain the domestic and international customer

satisfaction.

Frozen fruits and vegetables daily production

capacity is around 100 mt/netand annually

production and export reaches to 20.000 mt/net.

Frozen storage capacity of the factory is 35.000

m³’lük .

Products are prepared in bulk packagings of 10 kg,

20 kg and 500 kg carton boxes for wholesale needs.

Also for retail packagings , 2,5 kg, 1 kg ve 454 gr’lık

PE bags or various needs can be supplied.

Loadings and deliveries are realized according to

customer instructions and loading orders and

delivery termins by sea and road transportations

from the factory coldstores.

Factory utilises the vey fertile areable lands

Turkey’s agricultural production. And serves to

global market with high quality fruits and

vegetables.

Thanks to her Agronomists, Contractual farming

is maintained on Project basis and integrated

crop management and integrated pesticde

management is put in to action.

None of the products are derived from GMO seeds

or plant materials.

material to delivery by dedicated Quality control

staff.

ORGANIC PRODUCTS

Factroy taking in to consideration the develoing

remarkable increase of organic fruits and vegetables

global demand. And invested in production of

organic products since 1998. Factory has become the

first producer and export of organic frozen fruits and

vegetables.

Her aim is to exceed the % 10 of her productions.

specialization in organic agriculture and products,

working hand in hand with control-certification

bodies and growers. And rich product varieties.

Organic products are produced and prepared for sale

without using any ingredients, colorings or artificial

preservatives.
