Terms and ConditionsAll function bookings must abide by the terms and conditions listed on this document.

CONFIRMED BOOKINGS:A booking for exclusive use of any area within the venue is only confirmed once you have completed and returned the Credit Card Authorisation form and this Terms & Conditions form. This paperwork must be received with seven (7) days of the initial enquiry otherwise the date will be released to the next interested party. Bookings can run for a maximum of three (3) hours unless arranged prior to your function with the functions co-ordinator.BOND:The Lookout Bar Bowling Bites does not charge a bond fee when booking an exclusive area within the venue. However we do require credit card details that we hold in case of any damages that are caused at the venue during your function. Please note we do not charge your credit card prior your function and we will contact by the close of business on the following Monday after your function if any damages have been caused.DAMAGES:If any damages occur on the day/night of your function, you will be contacted by the close of business on the Monday after your function and your credit card will be charged accordingly. Also The Lookout Bar Bowling Bites does not accept responsibility for your lost, stolen or damaged goods during your function.CANCELLATIONS:Cancellations must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to the function date to receive 100% of all monies paid toward your function, however if cancellations are made with less than fourteen (14) days’ notice you will only receive 25% of all monies paid.

PRE-PAID FUNCTIONS:Any functions that have pre-ordered & pre-paid for either function food or bar tabs, can not be cancelled on the night of the function. If by no fault of the venue that there is unused function food or bar tabs, no monies will be refunded, the unused amount will be credited back to the client is a form of a gift certificate/ bar card to the value of the unused amount.IDENTIFICATION:The Lookout Bar Bowling Bites is intended for a mature clientele.One of the following forms of identification must be shown before entering the venue:• Current valid Australian Drivers Licence• Current passport• Proof of age cardGUESTS:You assume full responsibility for the conduct of your guests and invitees and you must ensure that the venue’s other guests is not disturbed by your function or guests.DRESS CODE:We have a casual laidback approach for our dresscode as thongs and beachwear are both acceptable however Management reserves the right to refuse entry if guests do not meet our dress standards. No unapproved fancy dress themes or any hens/bucks paraphernalia.FOOD:The Lookout Bar Bowling Bites encourages the provision of food service for all functions as a matter of responsible service of alcohol. Final numbers, food and beverage choices are required by the Monday 1 week before prior to your event and your payment is processed that same Monday afternoon.
