WarrantyAll parts are warranted against defects in material and workman-ship for a period of one year from date of shipment. If a part fails inservice, it will be exchanged for a similar part whenever available.This warranty covers only the part and does not include labor orfailure of a related component. In no case would the liability ofKMC exceed the cost of the original part.

ShippingOrders are shipped ground freight unless otherwise specified.Expedited and air delivery is available at extra cost. Oversize andheavy Items are shipped via truck, freight collect and may incurrspecial crating charges (especially glass). International and over-seas orders may be shipped by post or UPS Air. International cus-tomers should indicate their preference at time of order. If yourshipment arrives damaged, notify the carrier immediately, beforecontacting KMC for further instructions.

ReturnsReturns are accepted for full refund or exchange up to 90 daysfrom date of purchase (shipment). Returns are accepted forexchange only, up to 180 days from date of purchase (shipment).Special orders and returns exceeding the listed limits may or maynot be accepted, with or without a restocking fee, at the discretionof KMC. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the originalinvoice. Include a note indicating the reason for return. All itemsmust be in the same condition as shipped. Items cut, fitted, paint-ed, etc., will not be accepted.

BackordersWe normally stock all items in our catalog. From time to timesome items may be temporarily out of stock or no longer avail-able. These items will be indicated as backordered on yourinvoice. In most cases, backordered items will ship within 1-2weeks. Occasionally certain items take longer. Any backordereditem not shipped within 60 days of the original order will be auto-matically dropped unless specifically requested otherwise.

The Engine Number is the same as the chassis number.On early models it is stamped on the left hand side of thecylinder block, near the oil filler tube. On later models it isstamped on the cylinder block immediately above the generator mounting bracket.

The Chassis Number is stamped around the right handfront suspension unit upper mounting. Prefixes 100E, 103E,107E & 300E were used for RHD vehicles. LHD vehicleshave a 101E, 108E or 301E prefix.
