Library was well stocked and religious books also well stocked. Food store was clean and well stocked, showers and health care room all clean. 6144 Detainee showed us bruises and said that he would like to complain. We told him the method by which to make a complaint. Log notes show bruises and wish to complain recorded in detail.

6204 Detainee stated that he had told staff that he was in pain and needed medication. Told no doctor available until midnight. At 12:22 he declined heath care professional, but log notes state painkillers prescribed. We were informed that there was no nurse available tonight.

Suite clean and tidy. All calm and all needs are being met. Staff were helpful. Doors to exercise yard and at least one store propped open with cups. Stores very tidy.
