This Macquarie University initiative focused on women in management and their leadership roles, offering insights from professors in organisational management and cultural diversity, along with industry leaders and intrapreneurs will make this a valuable conference for ambitious and connected professionals.
With a mix of interactive presentations and hands-on workshops led by dynamic leaders, this
one-day conference is a chance to gain practical skills to apply in the workplace. It also provides
perspectives from inspiring women within the industry - entrepreneurs, business leaders and
academics - thus bringing together industry experts.
sandy WrightSandy is a member of Australian Women Chiefs of Enterprise and an Executive Leadership Development Specialist and Coach with over 20 years’ experience in designing, developing and delivering corporate leadership and learning and development solutions in Australian blue chip organisations. She is currently leading executive development programs which include facilitated group events and 1:1 coaching for senior executives. Sandy has also expertise and experience in assisting leaders build their capability in leading cultural transformation – a particular area of expertise that is a passion for her.
anet redmerAnet helps organisations to develop new products and services geared for high success. Her approach bridges business strategy, user needs and design, embracing the lean startup method, design thinking and user experience design. Anet’s background lays in digital media, product design and architecture. Her clients range from multi nationals and universities to start-ups and inventors.

Due to considerable administration and course material associated with this program, a fee equivalent to 10% of the registration fee will be incurred should a confirmed booking be cancelled prior to 3 November 2014. Cancellations after this date and prior to 3 November 2014 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 3 November 2014 will incur a 100% cancellation fee. A substitute participant is welcome and in this instance a cancellation fee will not apply. All requests for cancellations or substitutions for attendance can be made in writing up to two (2) days prior to the event.
