It is possible to completely seal micro-porosity or reduce macro-porosity to allow an easy cleaning of the floor. The treatment is permanent and it is fixed through a chemical bonding on the surface, converting its particles in amorphous glass. It does not change the friction coefficient and in case of floors subject to wear and tear, it can be reapplied, where needed. It can be applied in-line for industrial utilisation.
