through remodeling houses as a designer and working with a developer
specializing in preserving the integrity of buildings. She has saved a 100
year old carriage house in San Rafael from demolition by renovating
the property and bringing it back to its old glory and character. She
became enamored of a church in Point Richmond, rumored to be the
work of Julia Morgan, a Bay Area architect, and she purchased it for
conservation. Nadine always brings a human and poetic touch as well
as an excellence and quality to her work. In the past she worked in the
Botanical Industry for the Eclectic Institute and became its number one
sales rep in the USA.

As one of Marin County’s best real estate agents and top producers,
Nadine has been the recipient of many prizes for her work in the
industry. In 2005 she received the “President’s Gold Award of
Distinction” and in 2006, recognition for “Superior Performance.”
She was also named “Top Producer for Listings” for the Sausalito
office in 2005.
Born in France, Nadine moved to Sausalito in 1987. She is committed
to natural living, and she loves the scenic trails, ocean views and
intrinsic beauty of Marin County. One of her biggest adventures is
