The modular system of SySTEMA® is based on the platform trailer. This platform trailer itself is a "stand-alone version" and fully operationable. It consists of a stable, carrying base frame including immersible lashing eyes, a waterproof multi-layer wood floor, the STEMA chassis with safety V-drawbar, as well as a high quality fabrication which guarantees an ideal road holding.

At the same time, all variations of STEMA-installations are based on this platform trailer. Due to bolted and screwed connections these are easy to assemble. Therefore you are independent and flexible concerning your decisions.

The new SySTEMA® – aluminium transporter was developedby users and professional. It is equipped with a lot of technicalhighlights and ingenious features that conventional models donot provide.

A nice amount of space.

Handy corner plug-in possibilities for cover and frame as wellas functional extensions like side panel extensions or meshsides maximise your trailer loading height.

Strong & durable.The high quality anodised aluminiumside panels convince through theirdouble chamber profile and highstability as well as durability.

Sealed tight.

STEMA refines each aluminum tailgate surface by means of the anodizing process. The resulting anticorrosive thin layer that is only 5 to 25 microns in thickness is practical the resulting matt gloss finish is stylish at the same time.

A lot of movement requires a lot of stability.

Parts on the move need to be particularly stable. With ourhinges and locks we pay particular attention to comfort anddurability.

Good thinking.

The aluminium side panels allow attachment of cover hooksdirectly at the smartly integrated moulding. Therefore, noadditional drilling is necessary. The deep-drawn profile in theupper side panel area prevents scratching caused by contactwith the cover.

Individual and fitting.

Our cover and installation material is long-run tested, extrathick and tearproof. The cover protects your load from anyweather conditions. All covers for your trailer are producedindividually and fitting by STEMA.

SURVEY OF ALL DETAILS.

Clever stored.

The tray for the loading ramps is already included in eachSySTEMA® trailer. Aluminium or steel loading ramps areavailable as accessories. They are inserted right behind the license plate holder and can be safely and simply plugged in. This enables rapid loading at any place at any time.

Fast and safe.

Due to the big and sturdy lashing eyes your load is in goodhands and allows fast and ideal securing of your load. Practicalcoil springs on the bottom side ensure a rattle-free transport.

All braked SySTEMA® trailers from 850 kg gross vehicleweight are standard equipped with shock absorbers of thebrand manufacturer. These trailers can be directly registered at the registration office for 100 km/h.
