Motivating Loft Usage
• All members will be required by chapter heads to create a Loft page– This will eliminate barriers to entry for accepting
challenges• The Loft site will host all guides for general

Challenge Interest and Team Designation

Team Collaboration
• The project team will use the “Member How-To Guide” to accept the challenge and navigate the studio
• Each project team member will have access to the project’s message board
• Using the ‘file upload’ function, members will be able to save various iterations of the policy draft
• With the development of the direct message function, members will be able to communicate one-on-one if there is an individual question or suggestion
