wALL OF SHAME BUTLER, JEANETTE. (Veterans Affairs) (VA-Case 200L-0629-2004100828). The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) EEOC ruled the VA manager was “abusing the rules." Evidence of “blacklisting” surfaced in the EEOC proceeding suggesting that VA officials, including Butler, targeted veteran employees for removal from federal service after they filed discrimination complaints.
