Usain Bolt. The boy who learned to fly.
Usain was a young boy in Jamaica. He loved to run.
One day, he ran fast to school and the track coach noticed him.
At school, Usain didn't have any lunch. He had forgotten it at home.
The coach offered him his lunch.
The coach blew his whistle and the race started.
But on condition that he race and win against his best runner.
Usain won the race!
The coach was impressed but told Usain he would have to get serious and train.
Usain took the lunch and then started training.
He trained very hard and grew up into a big man.
He won many races and trophies.
He became famous.
But he was always scared of losing.
He always worried and was fearful.
He was so worried, he put his shoes on the wrong feet.
One day before a big race his mother gave him some advice.
She said "You can always go faster if you keep it light. No worries!"
He agreed and felt strong.
He went out into the stadium full of people.
The race started but Usain had no worries!
He won the race by a lot. He felt light.
He left the other runners behind in his dust.
From that day, he was unbeatable, running light with no worries.
